Sige balitaan kita sis red_one Had an HSG na pala yesterday and thank God ok naman both tubes ko pero hold muna yung IUI this cycle sa December na daw kami ulit..pero plan ko next year na lang if hindi maging successful with natural contact paa maka rest ako physically and emotionally hehe.

Hi sisses, is HSG required prior to IUI? If yes and if your did it, how much is the HSG? Is it true that IUI in Carmi SLGC is aorun 30-40k?

Hi! Its been years na reader ako dito.  Since 2011 my wedding prep dito ako kumukuha ng ideas until now na almost 5 years ttc. na kami.
Hubby has 98% abnormal morphology. So 2% lang ang good. Ako naman endo and pcos. Im scheduled for laparoscopy dis month pero prang aayaw kami sa gastos 100k to be done at pgh fmab. Anyone here knows or naging ob si dr. Gilda martinez? Obre sya sa tapat ng pgh hospital. Btw both ovaries ko patent naman. Yung endomitriosis ko kc ang liit lang naman nasa .35cm need na talaga ng lap yun? And she mentioned before nagpa SA c hubby na if okay SA nya try mag IUI magkano po ba ang rate ngayon? Anyone willing to share their fertility work up experience...  thank you so much! May God restore our body.

mura lang naman kasi kung tutuusin ang IUI. around 6k lang binayaran ko sa clinic. pero ang mabigat ay yung PF ng OB na 10k, plus yung mga gamot na need mo i-take.

The total cost of IUI depends on the medicine that you'll be asked to take. Some clinics give HCG trigger shot prior to ovulation, clomid/femara/etc. When I had my IUI, they didn't give me any HCG. Siguro inabot kami ng 27k. This includes all blood tests, TVS, consultation, medicines (clomid/duphaston), Hubby's SA. The IUI procedure alone is about 10k-12k. Pero shempre, when you're budgeting, you look at all the costs and not just the cost of the procedure itself.

In other threads, I have read post-washing SA is shown by the doctor. In our case, it wasn't disclosed. i didn't know back then that some clinics share the info. Di tuloy namin alam if the quality and quality were sufficient to have a successful IUI.

hello. i just wanna share my last consult with dr. eileen manalo at makati med. i told her we were interested to do the iui since we've been ttc for 2 years now. i was asked to take letrozole for 5 days starting day 3 of my cycle and come back on the 10th day for follicle monitoring. if everything looks good on feb 27, i will be doing the iui on feb 29. also, she said it would cost 25k plus the trigger shot/s if need and of course, the consultation fee and utz fees. i will give an update soon. wish me luck!

Had my first IUI yesterday. My OB is Dra. Ascuncion Fernandez of SLMC-GC.
Total cost (including meds & PF) is 20k. Not bad coz we prepared 40k since ganun yung range ng nababasa ko. The IUI itself is cheap, ang mahal is the meds & the TVS. Now im on my 2ww & please help me pray for a BFP!

Hi sis. What meds did you take? Ako kasi ang mamahal. Letrozole 2 tabs for 5 days cost 2,000. Consult+utz is 1,600. Tapos gonalf f shots of 150 iu costs 6,800. Nakaka 2 shots na ako. I might need more. Tapos the iui all in cost to be paid on the day of iui is 25k.
