^ Hi sis joza, mine failed also with Dra. Meguizo. It was our first try. Hindi ko pa sya nakausap kase when i went back to her clinic after the 2WW, sobrang haba ng pila. So i just leave and decided to return na lang, anyway, i already had my period that time. May i know the reason why nag-fail yung sayo? I'm quite new with Dra. Meguizo, maybe 2 months pa lang, though i like her coz she's the nicest OB i've ever encountered.

I just want to say that the success of IUI is not dependent on the doctor. Sabi ng OB ko dati, ang success rate ng IUI ay mga 20% lang talaga. Factor in na rin ang age ng mom. So just keep your hopes up in every failed IUI. I had 5 tries before kami nakabuo. I'm thankful na hindi na kami umabot sa IVF.

Had my first iui last July 12. Tested 11 days past iui and its bfn. Also im not feeling any symptoms. I guess it didnt work. Will try naturally muna. Husband has low sperm count and I have endometrial myomas and uterine polyps. Will work on those muna.

I just want to say that the success of IUI is not dependent on the doctor. Sabi ng OB ko dati, ang success rate ng IUI ay mga 20% lang talaga. Factor in na rin ang age ng mom. I agree that it is not dependent solely on the doctor but they play a huge part in the success of the procedure. In my case, there was a problem with my husband and still, our 1st OB pushed us into undergoing IUI, twice pa. We thought all the while that we were both fine (aside from my PCOS).

Our 2nd doctor said there was NO WAY for us to get a BFP through IUI unless we address the male factor first. We underwent treatment for my PCOS and for DH's sperm morphology and motility. After 6 mos, we did the IUI and it was a success.

Our first doctor had a LOT of clients and she is super nice. Internationally trained pa (Germany). Sabi pa niya, usually 5 IUIs daw before masabi na d kaya ang IUI. If we stayed with her, malamang d padin ako pregnant now and baka IVF na isuggest nya.

We shouldn't go to just ANY doctor. For me, I would choose someone who has a high success rate of IUI/IVF. Baka kasi yung iba, standard treatment for everyone. E we all have different cases naman. So dapat matalino naman yung doctor. Hard earned money yun, and not to mention the emotional investment.

I agree with you sis abbiesh. Almost same tayo ng case, my husband also has problems with low sperm count and motility. Still, our OB recommended IUI. I think my husbands side should be addressed first before nun.

Sorry to hear that sis. I know exactly how you feel. Just dont give up and continue praying. Ako, I wasn't relying too much on IUI na. Lifestyle change for dh and me then prayers din. We were on our 2nd novena to St. Pio when we got a bfp through iUI. Dont lose hope!

Have your dh checked too. Lagi kasi sinisisi girls when in fact, 50-50 naman role natin and tge husband. Hehe.

Hi everyone. Just signed up here. My husband and I have been ttc for 1yr and 5mos. Now... Nakapag pa HSG na rin ako, and it came out im okay altho may chocolate cyst daw ako sabi ng OB ko in my right ovary-which gives me pain during menstruation. But it shouldn't be a problem naman daw. My hubby went thru semen analysis and we found out na he has a good quantity of sperm kaso only 7% good in quality. Ibig sabihin hindi maka swim yung sperm.. I was with dra. Justina go-julio before, but we decided to look for other OBs kasi hindi pa nya kmi napapa check sabi agad IUI...

Anyways now my OB is doc aileen panganiban-st.lukes QC, she want hubby to go thru another procedure at makita saan galing yung low morphology, and para malaman if ok kami for IUI,... But hubby and I decided na by the end of this year magpapa IUI na kami kasi ayaw na nya magpa extensive check up... You know guys..... Sana positive.

I'd like to get your advise saan ba maganda magpa IUI and a doctor with high IUI success rate my OB kasi she doesnt do IUI procedure... And the rate afcourse... I asked CARMI in st.lukes and 30-40k daw? Thanks sa feedback!!!

thanks sis abbiesh and congrats! ok naman yung semenalysis ni hubby, kaya hindi talaga namin maintindihan bakit di nabuo. di na kami tumuloy for second IUI, ayaw na ni hubby. nagpunta nalang kami sa reflexologist and hopefully this time mag-BFP na kmi.

Hi sis..may i ask sino Dr. mo? ako kasi si Dra. Judith Galang Perez sa Asian hospital and plan din namin magpa iui incase hindi kami makabuo till next month so I'm wondering if same OB tayo

angelme magkano lahat nagasto mo. sa iui...? tsaka ilang taon kana? kailan ka uli mag papa iui?

hi sis krispygreen, yes pareho tayo ng OB, pero sa tokyo healthlink nya ako pinapapunta para sya mismo mag-follicle monitoring sakin. nung una kasi sa Perpetual ko sya pinupuntahan. hindi na ako bumalik sa kanya after our failed IUI. ayaw na kasi hubby ko.  sis, sa kanya ka rin ba bumibili ng meds? napansin ko lang parang mas mahal ang meds kay dra.  1500 sa kanya duphaston, sa mercury drug 1300 lang.

sis kimkong, 6k lang fee sa victory art ng IUI plus PF ng OB mo. 10k PF ni Dra. Galang eh, kaya 16k nagastos namin.Di pa kasama yung mga meds na nirereseta samin.
