Cd3-CD7 - ovamit 50 mg 3xday (5 days)
CD7-CD14 - decilone (steroid) 1/4 tab (1mg) 1xday (8 days)
CD9-CD28 - premarin 0.625 mcg 2xday (20 days)
CD11 - 1 shot of puregon
CD16 - scheduled TVS
CD17 - scheduled IUI (i believe dito na din siguro si pregnyl shot)

dami gamot, plus, i also take 850mg of metformin 1xday, vit. e, vit. B6, EPO (CD1-CD16) and folic acid. ano pa preparations niyo mga sisses na nag-IUI na. TIA.

-on my first IUI, I took clomid lang from CD3 to CD7 (50 mg 2x a day) then IUI on CD12 (w/ pregnyl shot)
-during the next cycle, I still took clomid but IUI was foregone because of the fluid in cul-de-sac
-this cycle I'm on Femara (CD3-CD7, 2.5mg 2x a day), with LH monitoring (instead of shot), then IUI will be done any time between  Saturday and Monday (april 13-15) depende sa result ng OPK...stop ako ng clomid kasi numipis yung lining nung 2nd month kong nag clomid, buti na lang nakuha sa estrogen supplement kaya normal na ulit.

Hi mga sis, I just want to share that after 3 years of TTC we are now pregnant. Our First IUI was a success. I am now at 5 weeks and will have my first ultrasound next week.
Don't loose hope mga sis, ako I was so depressed, kasi mahirap talaga and TTC lalo na pag serveral years na, It's very draining financially and emotionally. I am so lucky to have a very loving and supportive husband who lets me cry on his shoulder whenever I get my period. He tells me that's it's ok kung wala pa kami baby. And kahit first IUI pa lang meron chance na maging success.
Goodluck sa lahat ng scheduled for IUI in the coming months, I will be praying for you

congrats sis liz17, ang galing naman first try positive na agad. have a safety pregnancy sis. God bless you and your baby.

na-sad naman ako sa SA ni hubby kahapon lang kasi from 20+ Million naging 3.9 Million na lang pati morphology niya bumaba at 65% start. kung kelan kami naka-schedule for IUI. will have a repeat na lang muna sa SA bago ako pa shot ng puregon sa Friday. if and when mababa pa din si SA, i-move na lang namin IUI. i burst out yesterday and wala ako nagawa talaga kundi ang umiyak kay hubby parang bigla na-drain utak ko kasi we waited for his SA na maging 20 Million up kasi yun yung sinabi sa amin ni OB namin dati na ideal number for IUI. sad, but i'm lifting everything to God.

Sis presyosa. Ano ang mga supplements ni hubby? Ang husband ko din dati mababa ang count. There was a time na dx sya with oligospermia.nag supplement sya ng Vit E, Zinc and Selenium.  And awa naman ng Diyos last SA nya nun April 5 - 185M na yung count nya. And oo kapag hindi nag improve Ag sperm count and quality don't pursue IUI. God is good! Don't worry nasa Diyos ang Awa. Nasa tao ang gawa.  Happy ttc!

sis mishka08, pinadagdag kasi ni OB yun zeman sa mga meds niya na vit. c, vit. e w/ selenium, zinc, fertilaid for men and folic acid. buti na lang naisipan ko paSA siya para sana ma-check kung mas mag-iimprove pa SA ni hubby while on zeman pero sad to say yun ang lumabas. i-repeat namin yun SA sa wednesday (BD kami kahapon, Sunday, pasok naman siya sis no sa 3 days) minus zeman siguro plus clomid and l-carnitine. then titingnan namin dun. nakakalungkot lang talaga kasi tagal namin inantay na tumaas count niya. we waited for more than 3 years para lang mag-improve count ni hubby then work up. from November ata or October to March di naman bumaba sa 20 Million tapos ngayon kung kelan kami IUI saka naman nag-drop ng sobrang baba plus yun morphology niya hindi din bumababa sa 90% biglang 65% na lang.

Hi sis presyosa - hindi ko pala nabanggit na 5 days abstain si hubby nong nagpa-SA.  Don't worry sis at 65% morphology is a good thing.  Yong morphology mahirap i-work out yan. But motility, count and liquefaction madali lang yan.  I remember I've read somewhere na her hubby has like 1% morphology on that cycle and she got pregnant.  Dba?

Just ask hubby to do the usual tips: no cigarettes and alcohols (if hubby includes them in his routine), boxers instead of briefs, ice pack on the testicles, drink plenty of water, sleep early, eat right and exercise. 

Btw, I know I kept saying this I don't know if acupuncture really helps to improve his sperm amount and quality.  But after 3 sessions in 3 weeks after that nagulat kami sa result because he has never reached a hundred million count. 

And if you don't feel like doing IUI.  Don't push it.  I suggest that you clear everything first.  Before doing the next move.

My OB is Dr. Monteblanco, team din siya ni Dr. Pastorfide. Sa Victory ART kami nag pa IUI.
Share ko lang dapat at least 5M ang count ng sperm post wash to get the best chance. Yung sa amin 5.7M yung count post wash so sabit talaga kami. Tapos yung morphology dapat at least 4% yung sa amin 2% lang pero ok lang daw morphology issues kasi daw pag IUI siniseparate nila yung bad sperm from the good sperm. Yung count daw talaga importante.

Thanks sis mishka08, hubby ko naman hindi na smoke 4 yrs ago pa and di na din inom. actually, nag-ice pack na nga siya ulit sa testicles para lang matingnan kung makahabol pa SA pero if and when talaga mababa pa din, next cycle na lang. will update as soon as makuha namin SA results niya by Thursday. we've waited long so no need to rush and let God lead and provide us on this IUI journey. thanks again sis.

sis liz17, i read nga kay mr. google na at least minimum of 5M dapat daw ang count. hopefully, next SA ni hubby tumaas na ulit. thanks sa info sis. congrats again.

sis presyosa, goodluck sayo, basta wag lang mag give up. Mahaba pa ang magiging journey namin kasi start pa lang ng pregnancy ko at talagang kinakabahan ako kasi I have PCOS. But I'm trying my best to take it one day at a time.

yung hubby ko pinagstop magice pack ng urologist niya dr michael macalalag. bumaba count niya nung nagicepack kami. tumaas nung nagstop kami. extreme daw masyado kasi kung hot maiinitan sperm mamatay... ganun din ang cold masyado diba may coldburn... okay na daw yung boxers tapos itapat sa electric fan. cold shower.  maintain naman niya till now  hope that helps. trial and error nga lang kung saan nagwowork at hindi.

Hi mga Sis...

I've undergone my first HSG, yesterday(CD-7) at St. Lukes - Global City. Medyo worried si Dra. Jing kasi di kumalat yung dye sa uterus ko... parang may bubble daw baka may polyp or kumapal yung lining ko. Though kumalat naman sa fallopian tubes yung dye at may spillage, meaning walang blockage yung mga tubes ko. I am hoping na maging OK ang results ng TVS ko sa monday.

Hubby and I decided to go natural this month. Next month na namin gagawin yung IUI... Nag pa-SA  na rin kahapon si Hubby, we are waiting for the results.

Protocol:
CD3-CD7: CLOMID 50mg (2 tabs at bedtime)
CD7:         HSG
CD13:       TVS
Purifol (daily)

Here is an estimate of our expenses for the IUI.

Clomid 27 tabs at 180 each = 4,860
Gonal-F for 3 days - 3,000++ each = 9,000 (sori kalimutan ko na yung ++)
Pregnyl pangpaputok ng follicle = 2,300
Progesterone shot (Profasi ata yung brand, support for implantation) 2 shots 4 day interval = 2,000
Progynova 1 box (support din sa implantation) - 600+
IUI at Victory art is 10,000
PF of OB during IUI is 4,000
Ultrasound (I had around 4) is 2,200 each
PF of OB everytime I went for a checkup and had my injection (went there 8 times, ayaw kasi ni husband mag inject sa akin natakot siya masayang kasi mahal daw ng meds so my OB did it everytime and he also monitored me kasi medjo high dose yung meds ko) 550 per visit

But before you proceed with IUI it's impt that you do an HSG to check your tubes.
Kasi sayang IUI if your tubes are blocked, dun kasi mag meet ang egg and sperm.
I had mine done at asian hospital with my old OB pa. It cost us 25,000

Mahal ang IUI ko because I had a lot of meds kasi slow talaga mag produce ng follicles ang ovaries ko. But the IUI procedure itself is only around 15k more or less.

will cancel IUI this cycle. nagpa-SA ulit si hubby, tumaas naman pero not good enough kasi 5.25 Million lang. sad pero tanggap na namin, may next cycle pa naman. hindi pa time for IUI.
