Ang natry ko palang is mayonnaise used as deep conditioner, super lambot talaga ng hair ko after.. Medyo messy lang (tiis ganda mode). :) saka yung ice cube, ipapahid sa face after mag hilamos, pampa tight ng skin.

facial mask:

Put coffee powder and cocoa (optional) sa honey. Mix it anx apply it to your face. 20-30 minutes. Very soft after and refreshing.

I also use green tea or minsan black tea as facial scrub naman. Yung laman ng teabag. Minsan i just apply it alone without anything. I spray konting green tea at the same time para di madaling mag dry. Ginagamit ko rin yung teabag mismo pang spread :) Pero for hassle free facial scrub, i mix the green tea grounds/leaves/leftover sa milk or honey.

Buti sumulpot tong thread na to. Im so excited to share my journey sa pag gawa ng homemade kaartehan. Feeling ko scientist ako eh.

1. Baking soda
- Ginamit ko sa hair as "no poo" method. At first ok sya.
- Facial scrub , too harsh for my skin so no. I wont try this again.

2. Apple cider vinegar - my favoriiiiiite!
- fem wash , so far so good. Before may discharge ako but nun nagstart ako gumamit nito nawala na. Also pansin ko no smell down there.
- Conditioner, my gaaad. I loveeet! No tangles. Smooth sa hair. Kaso pag inaraw araw mag ooily yung hair mo. Pero ok to talaga.

Ginagawa ko tong atleast twice a week.

4. Castile soap with pure tea tree
Also lakas makahairfall.
-facial wash ,lamig sa face. Soothing kasi yung tea tree na amoy nya

Please share effective ones that you've tried :)

Mine is the coffee mask for puffy eyes. I mixed used ground coffee beans with honey tapos apply for 15 minutes then wash after.

May instant slight reduction effect siya just like the videos online.

I have a sensitive skin but I still continue to use whitening products just because mas bagay sa akin ang maputi na skin since di ako kagandahan hahaha. Anyway, mas mahirap magpaputi pag sensitive skin since most of the whitening products are harsh in my skin.
I tried a facial set from an online store and naging sobrang rough ng face ko plus naglabasan pimples on my chin. The formulation was I guess too strong for me.

The only thng that saved my face was Honey+Lemon mixture as my facial wash. Di muna ako gumagamit ng soap. After a week nag-heal yung face ko and smooth na siya. Hanggang ngayon ito pa rin gamit ko but I use na whitening soap na after.
It doesn't whiten pero parang it heals my facial skin from the harsh products that I use.

Naalala ko way before I have read somewhere na Bea Alonzo uses honey and ice on her face.

Body Scrub:

3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey

Good, effective exfoliant na nakakamoisturize din. Tapos after shower, I use virgin coconut oil to moisturize areas where I need it most.
