Fetal heartbeat

Alam ko normal fetal heartbeat ranges from 100bpm to 150bpm. I think kaya pa yan. Bed rest and vitamins lang. Our ob kasi before looks for variation sa heartbeat.

^^ Parang masyadong mababa 100bpm, nung na-confine ako when I was 4 months pregnant, normal daw is from 120++ to 160 ata or 170 bpm if I remembered it correctly.

sa mga nag-give birth na, totoo ba na pag lower than 140bpm ibig sabihin boy ang magiging anak? tapos pag higher than 140bpm e girl? or old wives tale lang sha?

Old wives tale yan. Our baby boy 150bpm all through out. Alam ko lang sabi ng OB namin boy kasi na sa left ovary. (Or was it right. Cant remember. I have to ask her again)

^ibig sabihin ba non, pag left ovary, sa side na yun lang sha sumisipa? or gumagalaw galaw din? pansin ko kasi yung baby ko nararamdaman ko palagi sa right side. pero flutters pa lang. hehe

Nope it means nung na conceive sya nasa left or right ovary ang eggs mo. I forgot exactly pag which side boy or girl. Yung sa sipa naman it would depend on the position of the baby. Maganda pag yung sipa nya sa middle part ng tummy mo kasi tama position. Si wifey was ordered to wear a maternity girdle to move the baby in place.

Baby boy anak namin and his heartbeat was higher than 140bpm...so I guess old wives tale siya. Also, sa sipa depende din sa position ni baby saka position ng placenta. anterior placenta ako (sa harap) so hindi super lakas ang sipa ni baby pero sa loob parang may melon baller na kumakayod kasi nakaharap siya sa spine ko. at 36w breech pa siya and the doctor asked us to do some stuff para magcephalic siya..true enough after 5 days cephalic na siya. Sa position ni baby don't be too worried unless super lapit na manganak kasi iikot pa sila eh.

@preggygielian right now nasa 145bpm si baby ko. ewan ko ba, may feeling ako boy sha. hehe. hindi ko pa alam [textspeak!] position ng placenta ko right now, siguro pag sa CAS na din. relax relax muna ako, tutal wala pa ako sa kalahati ng pregnancy. hehe

I'm 6 weeks preggy. 110bpm lang si baby (pero last week, wala pa sya heartbeat). sabi ng ob ko, it's low daw. dapat 170bpm daw. hoping na tumaas na next week.

@secret yup alaga si wifey sobra ng OB namin. Million dollar baby daw. 😀

Update ko lang re my sister's pregnancy. She had her check up 3 days after the 1st trans-v ultrasound wherein there was no hb seen. The ob just advised her to have her 2nd ultrasound after 11 days. Come 2nd us, there was no hb talaga. Then the ob prescribed her meds para duguin daw sya (pero di naman sya dinugo) then magparaspa na after 2 days (yesterday). my sis and her hubby went to v luna for dnc but she was given muna meds for her cervix to open. Today, she will undergo raspa na. everytime i ask her if she's ok b, sinasabi nya ok na daw sya kasi naiyak na daw nya. Hope everything will be fine.

i had my transv last week @7 weeks. 144 beats per minute. Pero may hemorrhage na nakita so advice sakin ni OB na mag bedrest and duphaston. I dont have any spotting. Does bedrest means literal na higa at wala talagang gagawin? I still do some chores kase like wash plates, or walis walis ng bedroom.
At first naiyak talaga ko kase natakot ako sa miscarriage issues. But I know malalagpasan ko din to.

^sis, experienced that also. may hemorrhage, but no spotting. nung bed rest ako, bawal akong gumawa ng household chores. as in most of the time, nasa kama lang ako. pero shempre, pwede naman akong tumayo tayo pag maliligo at magc-cr. pero really limit your activities kung kaya. don't worry, sis. it will be okay. been there, and now, 18 weeks na kami.

sis, ask ko lang what pinagawa ni ob sayo? breech din si baby. im 30 weeks na. hoping for nsd. tia

Yup pag breech dont worry lilipat pa si baby. Same thing with wifey @30 weeks breech position. Pina suot ng maternity girdle and sinabi ni OB which side ang tulog. Ayun lumipat naman.

^w/c side po si wifey usually sleep? ako medyo malikot matulog kaya left & right side ako. ska where did you buy yung maternity belt? may specials instructions po ba on how to wear it? ty

Had my follow-up TVS kanina. Fetal heartbeat is 150bpm at 7weeks AOG. Everything is fine and normal.
