Please do  not use this agency.  I called to ask for a cook.  7k and sweldo and sabi ng girl sa agency cook lang dapat.  She asked ilan kami sa bahay etc... So of course i asked the girl some questions, will the cook wash the plates?  will the cook answer the phone kung mag ring a phone?  Will the cook meet me when I bring the groceries?  Remember the girl in the agency told me cook lang dapat, so I had to ask her these questions.  Alam mo ang sabi ng girl ng agency sa akin, "ma'am common sense yan."  Bago itong agency, ikaw na and client ikaw pa ang insullto.  I was taken a back by this.  Between the high salary of 7K for a cook and the bad attitude of the  girl in the agancy, I had to share.  Mga Sis-Please be careful.

Mga ambisyosang empleyado.. gutom na maarte pa. Walang masamang maging poor pero poor na at maarte pa sa work e magdusa sila..
Mga nagkkwenta ng work usually gusto magkapera hindi magtrabaho.. at mga gustong magkapera usually mga magnanakaw.. mga tamad na naging maid namin puro nagnakaw. Un latest nahuli namin.. kulong sya at kinasuhan namin.

I got my midwife from Asonics in 2007.   The office is along or near J.P. Rizal in Makati.  Well, maayos ang midwife ko from Asonics and she was with us for 1 1/2 years.

wala ata talagang matinong agency. I think mas maganda pa din and referrals kaso mahirap humanap.

I got a yaya from Asionic last year, tumagal naman ng 8 months, although honestly below standard ang quality. pinag tyagaan ko nalang kasi my son needs yaya. umalis siya dahil nabuntis at nag asawa.
mahirap ngayon makakuha ng matinong maid/yaya, nag mamalaki din mga agency dahil mataas ang demand hindi sila nawawala ng clients. mas masama pa nga na experience ko sa ETE agency ng pasig.

Ang hirap kasi hindi honest yung ibang agencies. Parang sinasadya na umalis yung binibigay nila para magbayad ka ulit. Worse, ayaw na nilang palitan. All in all, meron pa bang trustworthy na agency based from your experience mga sis?

Sis I think you should seriously report that agency o kung sino yang babae na yan. Diba dapat may pleasing personality sila? Bakit sila bastos sa client? Kung tayo nga sa corporate world hindi natin basta basta mapagalitan yung client tapos kahit wala na sa hulog mga pananalita nila mga sobrang kalmado pa rin tayo at ni hindi natin magawang magalit dahil alam natin na sila makikinabang sa atin. Pero ito what the nerve?  Siya nangangailangan ng trabaho diba? Bakit professional chef ba siya para swelduhan ng 7k? Sa ugali pa lang niya for sure hindi mapagkakatiwalaan yan at baka wala rin sa hulog magluto yan, mamaya sobrang alat lang nyan eh! saka I could sense na baka mang away pa sa mga tao yan.

Im new in this forum, just wondering is it really hard to look for a yaya these days?
Desperately need a trusted one for my 3 months old boy. How much is on going salary for yaya? She works as part time not lived-in, can pay by hours. I will have to run errands more frequently this coming months.

kung agency kakukuha, usually 4500- 6000 na ngayon. honestly usually hindi ganun ka galing, mga good quality maids/yaya, na export sa sa ibang bansa as ofw!

Kung sakali, saan nga ba tayo puwede magreport sa mga ganitong agency?  Pansin ko nga din, ang bilis ng agency magdala ng maid pag first time ka magbabayad ng big chunk, and sinasabihan talaga ng recruiter na kahit magtagal lang ng isang buwan puwede na.  I heard na if in a month hindi ka happy, puwede pa kumuha ng refund.  Kaya lang just incase, where can we report this?

Nakakatakot na nagpapapasok tayo ng mga hindi natin kilala sa household.  Iniiisip ko nga magkaroon ng holding period parang tulad sa ibang agency when you work in the office talaga na nagbabawas sila ng certain amount of money para kung nag AWOL ka, hindi mo na makukuha yun.

Naalala ko itong agency na to, once na involved ako dito, nag apply ako sa a nurse, kaka graduate ko
palang at no experience pa before, 2008. Was able to get an employer thru them in wack wack pa, rich employer.  One week lang ako dahil ang pangit ng ugali nung patient.

As for the agency staff, medyo masungit nga dito. Dapat hindi ganun. :/

The all-around maid I got did not even look like a maid, she looked like a former GRO. On her first day, she had already broken my electric water kettle, did not follow instructions, and kept on complaining that she does not like working in the kitchen, when she very well knew that her job would be a combination of cooking and cleaning. In fact, she does not even have to cook as all she needs to do is reheat the food we source from elsewhere. Just tonight, she shouted at me, her employer, and even walked out on me. So, I had the barangay officials pick her up since she refused to work any further.

This is a warning to not get from this agency.

mahirap talaga kumuha ng yaya these days. kaya nga magpapakita ka ng kindness in the end wawalangyain ka rin naman.
