^wala naman sis. nung una lang ako medyo mapili sa food. then kapag bagong adjust. pero after that, kain lang na kain! haha. :p though yung iba, di ko na kinakaya. like mga balat ng crispy pata. hahaha. and eating corn on the cob. mga ganyan. hay.

sa una lang ikaw magiging mapili sa food, pag kakalagay lang or kaka adjust lang, pero after non todo kain na naman, iwas lang sa mga masyadong matitigas na food.

I suggest that you go to Quiapo. may mga bilihan ng dental stuff dun. and nagulat ako sa price.

nakaka sad, hirap pala mag hanap ng dentist. nag try ako mag pa consult sa iba.. sabi sa akin need ako bunutan ng 2 molars saka yun tooth beside sa rotated canine ko.. natatakot naman ako,trauma dahil hindi ko alam kung baka niloloko na naman ako. ibang usapan na pag ngipin na yun mawawala sa akin....

Sis san kaba located? Kung qc area ka try mo ortho ko, dra. Anna montilla, along commonwealth ave lang siya. Mabait siya, caring, medyo strict konti pero lambing nya lang yun, super metikulosa. Mura din services niya.

^^minsan kailangan talaga yun para gumalaw at pumuwesto ng maayos yung ngipin. baka walang space kaya kailangan bawasan kapa macorrect. swerte ko lang din, hindi ako nabunutan kasi may space naman daw para gumalaw though binigyan niya ako ng option kung gusto ko lang daw na mas pasok yung ngipin.

sa cubao lang ako mga sis.. sige try ko yan, pero mabait naman mga dentist nyo? yun dentist ko kasi dati instead na ma fix yun ngipin ko, nasira lang e. kurakot sobra..

hindi rin ako ni-require ng dentist ko na bunutan ng ipin nung kinabit nya braces ko. pag daw kasi binunot na, wala ng magagawa, sayang ang ipin. kaya ang ginawa nya, nag-create na lang spaces para may mapaglagyan yung pabababaing crooked canines ko. haaay buti na lang, takot pa man din ako sa bunot. hehe.

Ako din hindi binunutan ng ipin -- actually kulang pa nga ang ipin ko kasi hindi tumubo yung dalawang lateral incisors ko (genetics) so may underbite ako

Ako naman binunutan nung pinaka-first ko na ortho, which I think is okay din for my small mouth.  Yung pinakadulo kong molars (up & down) medyo nka-side na yung position, sa x-ray lang makikita kasi below gumline.  Siguro kung hindi binunutan impacted na yung wisdom teeth ko.

Mabait sya sis felicity_ong.  I had a traumatic experience from my previous dentist 3 years ago due to negligence - madami na akong naging dentist, palipat-lipat kasi ako ng place.  Alam ni doc Ruby yun kaya lahat ng questions ko, todo explain talaga.  Anyway, na resolve na yung dental problem ko nung Monday lang, the procedure lasted for 1.5 hours, more than 10 times ata sya nagtatanong if I'm okay o kung may masakit, lol. 
She is the equivalent of Dr. Martires sa derma thread.  Mabait, magaling and di taga sa presyo, problema lang talaga minsan yung waiting time and pagpa-sched sa dami ng patients.

Sis nagaaccept ba sya from other ortho. Kasi pinabayaan na ako ng ortho ko. Almost 5 months na. Naiiyak na nga ako. Dun naman sa napagtanungan ko start all over kami.

Hindi ko sure sis, pero mas okay kung makukuha mo yung dental records from previous ortho.  Yung payment scheme is 5k DP, then 1k per adjustment. Total sakin is 18k pero 2 years ago na yun, baka nagincrease na sya now.

Sis kung di mo itutuloy yung braces better tanggalin mo na yung rubber, baka madeform shape ng teeth mo.

Guys, when looking for a dentist or ortho, we should look at the dentist's credentials.  Let us not focus kung caring or mabait, they are all nice, we are paying them for their services after all.  I went to Metro Dental for cleaning, is the dentist nice, yes she is.  She was also fast and precise, the location of Metro Dental is more accessible for me than my dentist in Greenhills.  But if someone will ask me who i would recommend for ortho, yung dentist ko sa green hills, you just really have to go out of your way to go there.  Saturday lang puwede si dr nadela, i'm not sure how much he charges for regular braces, mine was expensive kasi lingual, pero in a year or so, kita na talaga na pantay ang teeth ko.  I did not need veneers because symmetrical na talaga.  Teachers siya ng halos lahat ng dentist na nakausap ko.

Super hindi ok sa dentacare in trinoma, the first time i went there maybe a year ago, i asked for an estimate for cleaning because i am wearing lingual retainers.  I am assuming it might be a bit more expensive since it is hard to floss.  I was given a quotation.  After my treatment, i went out and paid more than what the reception said.  Now… 2 days ago, i went back for cleaning again, i did not have time to go to green hills, hirap din kasi ng parking outside the condo of dr nadela.  anyway, i was asking for estimate, kahit 1200 or 1500, i just need to know.  wag lang akong lolokohin diba?  the girl in the reception was so irritable, she did not even bother to tell me how much ang pinakamahal na aabutin.  the dentist has to see me daw to give the quotation, and the consultation fee is 350.  i don't even have a problem to ask the doctor except for the quotation, what if i come in and she tells me its 3,000?

Take note, GAOC charges 1500 to 2500 for cleaning; Metrodental charges up to 1500 but i paid 1200 only; Dentacare I think is medyo shrewd because they don't really have many clients.  I hope this is not OT yet.  Just venting out.  And its still about teeth naman

please help! I am planning na mgpalagay ng braces this nov or maybe dec. may marrefer po ba kayo na magaling na ortho? I'm eyeing for Echano dental clinic (alabang) mas madami good feeds and dmkb clinic alabang. mas ok kung mas malapit po like san pedro, muntinlupa pwede din po alabang hope matulungan po ninyo ako need ko din po kasi pabunot yung wisdom teeth ko both lower and kpag po ba nagpabrace need yung 2 molars po? lower teeth ko po kasi buo pa yung 2 molars sa right side pero sa left side isa na lang yung molar and may wisdom teeth pa po. papabunot ko po wisdom teeth ko bago pabrace. sana pwede pa ako mgbraces kahit 1 molar na lang natitira sa lower left ko since crossbite po ako
