In my case, I use my Stock Brokerage account in First Metro Securities Brokerage Corp. to manage (monitor, buy, and sell) my Mutual Fund holdings in FAMI.

First metro brokerage functions the same as citisec?

hi sis goldengoose. may mutual funds ako sa sunlife. dumidiretso na lang ako sa kanila, merong financial store sa paseo de roxas sa makati, tapos meron din sa quezon ave. dun ka na kukuha ng forms, tapos dun mo na rin ibibigay yung subsequent investment mo. ganon na ginagawa ko for several years now, para wala nang agent

Me din medyo panatag sa fami kaya dun ko linagay money ko. Kasi i was thinking if they also have the same conservative approach like metrobank,then my money is safe. Hehe. Yung agent na kausap ko nun nag open ako ng acvount said na during the economic crisis, nag loss daw ang nav,but unlike others, no more than -1 daw ang fami.maybe you can ask them about it when you open your account. Didn't ask much kasi hindi ko pa ganun naiintindihan ang navps na yan hehe.

i am a mutual fund representative of Sunlife. i have mutual funds in FAMI and Sunlife. both are doing good. During our meeting at Sunlife, the predictions are so good about the stock market and the economy. Magiging mas maganda pa ito kung lahat tayong mga Pilipino ay susuportahan ang ekonomiya natin. And you can do it by starting to invest now.

pansin ko nga okay ang galaw ng mga mfs after holidays ha. happy with sunlife's progress so far. just as happy with PAMI's (although kasi first year ko kaya malaking factor yung entry fee na binawas).

even the usually sluggish PRULIFE okay din. sana tumaas pa. planning to pull out my investment here kasi. pero kung paakyat ang trend...wait pa siguro ako ng ilang weeks pa. sana nga paakyat sila nang paakyat pa hanggang midweek feb...

sabi kasi ng isang agent, usually mataas ang NAVPs before and after a special occasion. like the christmas holidays. ngayon, paparating ang valentines. sana nga totoo!  sis BB, being an agent, totoo ba yun?


if it's true than i guess we'd better take advantage...mag-topup / initial investment na tayo ASAP while today's mf prices are cheaper than they will be tomorrow!

tama. technically, mahal na nga ngayon ang prices, lalo pag sa equities. nagrecord high na naman ang PSE index lately. at tataas pa raw yun! kaya relatively, yung mahal ngayon ay mura na compared sa future.

sis goldengoose mataas talaga kapag mga bandang december-january. siguro kasi may mga bonuses ang mga tao nakakapag-invest sila hehe. at syempre ang walang kamatayang resolution na i will save this year ahahaha.

that's the trend. pero yun nga, maganda pa rin predictions until 2016. syempre bababa ulit ang NAVPS pero tataas ulit yan. normal business cycle lang yun. kaya pray tayo n tuloy tuloy lang.

Si carlos sakin. Bata pa siya na guy. Usually yung ganun pasensyoso pa sa makukulit. Haha. Sa friend ko si belle. Hindi ko lang na ask kung ok. Usually kasi pag tawag ako lage may client so belle.nung pumunta ako,naka leave naman. So feel ko si belle is superior ni carlos.

Hello! Share lang ako ng experience ko sa MF. I got VUL from sunlife last 2009, maganda ang returns nito so far. Balanced fund kasi ako nung una eh, pero last year nilipat ko lahat ng units ko sa tinatwag nilang 2020 and 2030 funds (sorry I forgot the complete term but that's basically how it was called) and I gained almost 34%. Last year naman I tried ALMF growth fund (almost around the same time I transferred my sunlife funds) and so far I have 12% gains.

Mas masaya ako sa Sunlife, obviously In terms of convenience, pareho sila kasi I enrolled both on my BPI account so dun na lang ako pumupunta kapag gusto ko mag top-up.

Re: agents.

I'm very happy with my Sunlife agent kasi hindi lang siya pagkabenta sayo eh kakalimutan ka na. He keeps close tabs on my account and he tries to come up with strategies kung paano ko ma-maximize yung gains ko (hence the 34% returns last year). He calls me up to update me kung anong nangyayari sa market para mapaghandaan ko. His name is Anthony Cura, you guys can check him up.

Yung sa ALMF naman, her name's Lisa and she's like a "resident" employee sa BPI (meaning naka tambay talaga siya sa opisina at kung may katanungan ka eh pupuntahan mo siya dun). Okay din siya, mabait and ma-chika kaya lang kulang sa "kaalaman" -- mas madami pa ako actually alam kesa sa kanya dahil sa kaka-basa ko dito sa GT

buti ka pa sis princess nina. pakiramdam ko kasi ngayon iniwanan na ako ng mga agents ko. masyado nang busy recruiting others. so i guess i'd rather rely on myself and correspond with the company itself kesa umasa sa agent.

Ladies, meron ba kayong personal experience on Mutual Funds handled by PAMI, Philequity, and ALFM. Karamihan kasi ng nababasa ko FAMI eh Just curious kung ano process nila for investment application, meron ba silang online monitoring accounts, saka pano kapag gusto mo magdagdag ng investment.

have mf sa PAMI, SUNLIFE, PHILEQUITY, PRU. the best ang customer service ng philequity. walkin ka sa office nila to apply (ortigas). PAMI nagwalkin din ako sa office nila. sunlife and prulife i got the mf thru an agent.

sa top ups, ang pinakaconvenient magtopup sa PAMI. Deposit ka lang tapos na. SUNLIFE, papafax pa ng order ticket with deposit slip. philequity, papascan pa ng deposit slip and form.

you can monitor the daily NAVPS sa mga websites nilang lahat. pero yung personalized, every three or six months yata nagpapadala ng sulat/email ang PAMI at sunlife to update you of your current standing. kung magkano na ang iginrow ng pera mo as against the current amount you've invested. ang sunlife recently nageemail sila ng daily NAVPS which i really appreciate. pwede ka ring magenrol sa SUNLINK online para makita mo pinakalatest status ng mf investment mo.

i also have an MF with FAMI pero hindi ko sya tinitingnan kasi company ang nagsponsor. so kahit anong standing nya ok lang kasi wala naman akong nilabas na pera hehe. just happy enough na may nakainvest akong sponsored funds under my name dun. pero balak ko within this year magreredeem ako dun and open an mf account either with FAMI EQUITY or ALFM balanced. or idadagdag ko na lang sa existing mfs ko
