hello po newbie question
nag-open po ako ng col account at nareceive ko po yung account # monday so agad akong nagdeposit ng initial fund ko kahapon (wednesday). Today (thursday) nareceive ko po yung password ko so naopen ko na po yung account pero bakit wala pa po yung fund ko? :O nakaka-paraoid. ang alam ko po kasi magbibigay lang sila ng password pag natanggap na nila yung fund. ganito po ba talaga sa una? pasagot naman po salamat!

hi marssie, what col is offering is a platform where you can buy mutual funds from different mutual fund companies. this makes getting a mutual fund easier because you don't have to submit your requirements again since they already have copies of your documents when you first applied for a col account and you can do it online, too. philequity is a mutual fund company so you will have to send in documents in order to purchase products from them.

hi ma.jewel_1987, if you purchase through col then you don't have to send anything to philequity anymore. it will be just like buying stocks :-)
