It's a been a year since I stopped working.  And have been looking for good investments to help with our reitrement and my kids future. I'm hoping to get support from this thread too and lots of tips. I already registered for COLs free seminars and their 7-day trial. My hubby is very conservative when it comes to money-- very traditional bank account deposit Lang. Hay, super sayang. But I need to be well-informed cause I need to convince him pa. Good luck to me haha

Not sure if I read it here pero wala kami na-experience na trial at required yung initial funding before they give the credentials to log in.

Is this the normal process? Wala nga trial?

What do you mean by trial? Practice trading, ganun? Meron sis ito https://www.colfinancial.com/ape/Final2/home/demo_account_survey_pre.asp. Hindi na ako nag trial eh.

Sis, may life insurance na ba ang asawa mo? Enough na ba yun amount to cover your kids college education, if ever something happens  to your husband? Since sya lang ang income earner it is best to have him covered.

^agree sis!  He's been meaning to get a life insurance and Meron nanan extra funds for this pero Ewan ko ba why he's taking his sweet time. Napagod na ko mag follow up. Tsk. He has group life with his company and provident fund. But I know that he still has to get one outside what the company provides. I still check up on him from time to time and last he said was before he turns 40.. Eh that will be 3 weeks from now!

Anyway. Sorry Napa haba. Anyone here tried to register for the free seminar of col? Wala pa Kasi ako nakuha feedback or confirmation. I only got the login credentials for the trial.

^nakapagwidraw na ako, I was thinking kasi baka pondo ako ng pondo tas mahirap pala kunin pera ko. So I downloaded withrawal form, signed it,scanned it and sent it to them. If my memory serves me right I sent it around 8 am then mga 1pm same date nasa bpi ko na yung money.

Nabasa ko sa fb na mabilis lang talaga if yung money that you will withraw eh nasa actual balance mo na for atleast 3 days pero pag kakabenta mu pa lang ata ng stocks then iwiwithraw mu agad it will take atleast 3 working days.

^there's actually an option there if you want to get a cheque or have it transferred to your account which is very convenient . I'm using BPI btw not sure kung pareho din sa iba.

Yeah. I think check is an option too. Sa iba kasi walang BPI sa bank options nila kaya hassle.
