What are Off-Hours orders?
 
An Off-hours Order or ‘After Trade hours Order’ (ATO) - the Off-hours ATO Order is provided to allow customers to enter orders after closing in preparation for the next trading day. ATO orders are accepted after 1:00PM and before 8:55 AM weekdays and anytime on weekends. Off-hours orders will be collected on a first come first serve basis, and will be sent to the Exchange for posting on a first in first out basis during pre-open session. After posting, all Off-hours orders immediately become Limit Day Orders and cannot be cancelled/modified during (9:15AM-9:30 AM). All orders will be governed by the Exchange's order regulations. For orders during market activity (9:00 AM to 12:10 PM), please use the regular "Enter Orders" function.

Minsan ang tawag ko sa ATO ay at-the-opening e. Kasi alam ko nakapila sila the next day "at the opening" of the market. hehe para lang madali kong matandaan

Nagwowork ang Off-Hours order sa gaya ko na night shift kasi hindi ko naabutan na open ang market, nagchecheck ako mga 10pm, kaya yun ang ginagamit ko sa pagbili.

Gaano katagal magreflect yung dineposit na fund? Nabigyan na kasi ako ng account pero wala parin dun sa Portfolio ko yung dineposit ko for Starter.

^hi sis. Sa akin mabilis lang last week. November 18 ko nakuha yun account number, deposit ako same day. November 19 nagreflect na sa fund ko yun dineposit ko.

sent my requirements on thursday. itinawag ko kanina sa COL, nandun na raw pero hindi maverify kung may kulang or anything. kay hubby kasi may tumawag na taga COL nung friday, wala raw pirma yung OSTA form saka hinihingan pa sya ng ibang government IDs. Sabi ko nga sa agent, I assume ok naman ang docs ko since wala naman kumontak sa akin pa na taga COL.

Kapag kumpleto po lahat, they will email you your account number. Saka ka palang rin sasabihan na you can now fund your account.

^sis meron po ba sa COL website na history ng isang stock? na parang chart or kahit puro numbers? di ko kasi na-oopen yun H-chart.

Charts lang rin makikita yun.

Baka po may kailangan lang i-enable na settings sa inyong PC/laptop. It might be related to your Java settings.

Ask na lang po kayo assistance from a friend na I.T.

COL's charts go back up to 10 years.

- Make sure your computer runs Java
- In your COL account, click on "Quotes" tab > Charting
- Somewhere in the middle of the top row of buttons, there is "1y" button that drops down to a "1m, 3m, 6m, 1y, 2y, 3y, ..." menu
- Click on "10y" or "All" to see the full chart

If that doesn't work:
- Click on the third to the last button in the top row of buttons (the one that's half-gray and half-white with a vertical red line in the center)
- Set the "Historical timeframe (number of years)" to 10
- Do the first set of instructions again

Another question, pano macompute yun market value sa portfolio? Ang ginagawa ko number of shares x  market price pero may difference yun computation ko versus market value per COL.

^ Market Value = (Total Shares x Market Price) - Fees

Multiply Total Shares and Market Price. Then subtract the fees from the Product.

To compute for fees, just go to FAQs then search "fee" (use Ctrl F when searching instead of typing in 'fee' sa search box nila hehe)
