hi guys and all investor, I have a question I am just starting my account in col is approved and I acan now access it 3 days ago I transfer fund of 5k to col from my BPI, and now I am trying to buy shares but it says I dont have funds.

When can I start buying? and where can I see my remaining balance of fund to buy share?

Transferring online from BPI to COL is almost instantaneous nowadays.

You can see your cash balance on your COL Portfolio page.

• Log in to your COL account
• Go to Trade > Porfolio
• On the upper left hand side, you'll be able to see a box saying Cash Balance

Your actual balance is the cash that you have less any buy bid.  The Buying Power is all the free fund.
If you didn't see any value on this, I suggest that you call COL help desk immediately to verify what happened to your fund.

By the way, did you receive an email from COL saying that they've verified your funding from BPI?

Financials & Realty are the winners last year.  Looks like its holdings & infrastructure for this year because of PPP roll outs.

so far just bought 2 company, pray nalang ako na okay yun tutal pang long terms naman sya, yung investment guide ng col na nsa tab ng research lahat yung reco ng COL right? exceps N/A

I like their research, they provide you with almost everything so all you have to do is make your investment decision. I also love their value, they always recommend long term for their clients and to think mas kikita sila if nagtratrade lang mga clients.

1.  They got online investing correctly.  Everything is online.
2.  Simple and easy to use platform.
3.  Your earnings is computed readily (with the cost of selling already incorporated on it).
4.  Daily upload of news and recommendations.
5.  Nice charting tool.
6.  Before it's about 2 hours to credit my deposits, now it's about 30mins.
7.  Producing Pesos & Sense is a really responsible thing to do for them.
8.  Very honest and friendly staff.
9.  Low, low, low commission charges.
10.  They always upgrade & do maintenance on their system.

thanks sis. my concern before was personal appearance kasi. ngayon pala pwede na kahit hindi. I am using BPI Trade now kasi.

^sis replacement ng personal appearance nila is yung billing statement mo, so if meron ka nun, just submit (mail/lbc) it together with your application form and wait for their email sayo para sabihin na pd kanang magfund ng account mo. Yung pagfund is very easy lang you can do it online sa bills payments ng big banks (BPI,BDO&MBT), but I think ok naman yung BPITrade if you're not tsupitera.

mga sis post ko lang to para sa nagtatanong about how to withdraw the funds lalo na sa mga malayo sa Metro Manila kagaya ko.

 1. You download and fill up the withdrawal form from our website.
2. You can initially send us a fax or scanned copy but we are legally required to have the original.
3. We can deposit to a local bank account in your name -- no need to come to the office.
4. Alternatively, we can have a check prepared in your name that you can have picked up by an authorized representative. COL does not deliver checks.

and someone added that

A scanned "Request for Withdrawal of Funds" will do. The amount you requested will be transferred/ deposited to your account a day after they received/verified your request. Cut-off time is 11AM.
