Me too. Sabi sa akin sa Medela House na no need to wash the tubing since air lang naman dumadaan dun.

And to ensure na all pump parts are dry before using esp yung kung san kinakabit ang tubing. Para maiwasan yung pagmo-moist ng tubing..

^^^Hi! My mom just bought me the Medela PISA from the states. Kaya mangangapa din ako sa pag gamit. But, I searched on youtube the official video on how to clean and sterilise the Medela pumps. It's very helpful. Check mo na lang sis. It says din there na no need to clean the tubes since it doesn't come in direct contact with the milk. But may instructions din if ever mapasukan ng liquid or mag moist.

My MIL bought PISA and avent manual pump (in US). Tried PISA but ang konti ng output ko. So we went to Medela House to check if fit sakin. I have the standard size so we bought the size na mas comfy. Unfortunately, we found out that the motor has a defect kaya mahina magpump. Pero I use pa din the PISA. Kaso ang hina talaga ng output.Mga 1oz lang. When I use naman the manual pump nakaka 3 oz ako pero 1 hr naman ako nagpupump. Super sakit ng likod ko after. I'm so worried.. I need an electric pump. Balik office na ako mamaya and I need talaga an electric pump dahil 15 mins each session lang ang pwede sa office. Sa babymama yung Spectra M1 ba yung maganda talaga? Kung pwede lang Medela Swing sana para compatible sa storage bottles ko (narrow neck). Sayang yung PISA. Pero sayang din yung milk na d napapump. Haaaay. Wish ko sana may magbigay sakin ng electric pump sa birthday ko..hahaha!

Sis free ba sa medelamoms to have the pump checked? I have a PISA too and im satisfied naman with my output but i just wanna have the pump checked lang.

Hindi nila ako siningil kasi chineck lang naman yung pressure.and bumili kasi ako nung sa breastshield. Try mo sila icontact. Ask mo sila kung pwede ipacheck yung motor.

I bought unimom double electric breastpump with converter to manual breastpump at babymama. I used the electric for 3 weeks only due to latching problems. After that direct na ulit kami. Yung manual pump na-try ko ngayon lang kaya lang parang mas masakit compared sa electric. Okay ang unimom kasi sabi ng owner ng babymama yun daw ang pinaka walang comfortable gamitin and pwede kapag exclusive pumping. Akala ko kasi dati hindi ko na kaya magdirect feed kaya yun binili ko. Ngayon hindi ko na nagagamit sayang.

^^ They're not open yata pag Sundays. 110v adapter ko but I bought universal adapter sa true value na 9v for 220v. Depende dun sa existing adapter mo kung 9 or 12 yata? Check your adapter to be sure. Ace hardware din they have.kaso we went sa Glorietta out of stock. Baka sa ibang branch meron.

^sayang naman yung electric pump. Pero mas okay din na nagdirect feed na si baby. Pinagtyatyagaan ko na nga lang din yung electric pump ko kasi sayang. May output naman. May times lang na naffrustrate ako pag konti output.

Hello po, for those using M1, yung wide neck bottle ba niya same diameter as wide neck ng pigeon? Sabi kasi sa babymama fit yung wide neck sa avent, di ko pa lang ma-compare kasi naka-bed rest ako. Thank you!

^^oo sis sayang talaga pero okay lang kasi ang laki ng naitulong sakin ng unimom ko na electric nung hindi ako nakakapagpa-latch. Grabe engorgement ko nun. Kung hindi din ako nagpump malamang nawalan ako ng milk.

confused talaga ako between spectra and medela i still have 2 months to go to figure it out. mukhang maganda kasi yung swing maxi or freestyle ng medela. kaso parang hirap hanapan ng parts dito if may nasira. i want to purchase this sa US kasi it's cheaper pero can I buy spare parts at medela house if in case masira?

sa spectra naman, good reviews din. cheaper. kasi i'm not sure if baby mama's warranty covers yung checking ng motor pressure from time to time to make sure na okay pa.

^ yes sis, i think you may buy spare parts from Medela House naman. They just won't check your motor or do repairs if necessary.

^ ay edi parang walang warranty din pala if sa US ko purchase yung medela. thanks sis! I'll just go for spectra s2/s1 nalang pala. this is their version that comes closest sa PISA and Freestyle nila hehe. i called babymama and fully covered ng warranty naman pala.

I was sold na on getting na Spectra M1, kaso sabi nung isang officemate ko maganda rin daw yung unimom, cheaper pa. May naka try na ba both para ma compare niyo?

Tapos I read sa BF Pinays na FB Page okay na sila sa Manual pump, kahit nga hand expression eh kahit working sila kaya nila. Kaya tuloy hindi ko inorder sa Amazon yung Spectra, nalito na ako. Hay.

^ sis if convenience lang din hanap mo, go for double electric breastpump. hand expression takes a lot of skill. manual pump takes a while and nakakapagod. for those with limited break sa office and kailangan multi task while pumping, electric pump is still the best option. investment yan, wag ka hinayang. mas mahal parin magagastos mo sa formula in the long run.

i'll go for spectra sis. actually try mo both, sa babymama they have test units daw na customers can try para maexperience mo which pump ang pinaka-comfortable sayo.

sis.... according to some mommies, it will cost you 4k to 10k a month on formula depende sa brand and lakas dumede ni baby.... and youll get the best nutrition when you give our babies breastmilk....

m1 is good.... im a user pero if may budget constraint, go to spectra 300... di nga lang siya rechargeable...

i'm confused if I need a pump na may cycle control pa. yung s2 or s1 ng spectra? i like the portability kasi ng m1 pero I think suction control lang meron ito. sa nababasa ko kasi, having the ability to control the cycle mimics the baby's rhythm din kaya it sustains the supply. would this be better if I choose to exclusively pump nalang kapag teething na si baby? marami din ako nakikita sa BF Pinays group na m1 gamit pero mukhang okay din naman? hehe. baka kasi arte nalang yung cycle control e. laki din kasi difference.

s1 is rechargeable with cycle and suction control almost 14k
m1 is rechargeable without cycle but with suction control, 7.8k.

Doble halos price so sa may m1/s1 or medela kindly advise.

kung may budget naman sis s1 is the best syempre.... nung nagreresearch ako bout m1 madaming complaint sa bumibigay na m1.... pero since yun lang portable dati we have no choice... regarding sa mga cycle control.... added feature pero i dont think its necessary... kasi ako madalas pag on ng pump ko nasa level 2 yung comfortable suction ko, yun lang lagi ginagamit ko... yung let down nung una ginagamit ko ngayon di na din

in terms sa performance ng m1 super ok na siya...
