I got na my Spectra manual breast pump from Baby Mama. I tried using it against my hand pero parang wala namang suction. I guess dapat sa breasts talaga hehe.

Ako sis, gamit ko dati na milk storage bags eh yung sa fisher price. kaso namahalan ako, 400 pesos tapos 10 bags lang. may nakita ako sa babymama yung spectra 250 for 30 bags. yun gamit ko now. eh ang kaso kapag nililipat ko na, parang di accurate ang sukat hehe. sa bote kapag nakaka 7oz ako, dun sa milk bag eh 9 oz na. pero okay lang, ni nonte ko nalang kung ilan ba yung nakaindicate dun sa bottle. importante may lagayan parin.

No experience of leakage so far from spectra milk bags? Nag order ako kay liquidgoldph parang 520 plus shipping na 60php for 80 bags na. Bella mom yung name ng bags made from korea. Meron din siya 700 for 120 bags. Try ko lang, sana di mag leak.

Anyone tried Nuk or lansinoh bags? Uuwi kasi si mother of husband, papabili ako pero cheapest parin nahanap ko is yung kay liquidgoldph.

^lansinoh bags for me sis.  I haven't tried any other brands though. But I like it and served its purpose very well since I stared pumping in 2012.  Used it again with my 2nd baby (now 5mos). Double ziplock siya to ensure no spillage.

I'm using the Medela Freestyle pump. Three babies na naka-benefit nito: my eldest in 2010-2011, my niece in 2013, then now my 5mo son. Storage bags I use are lansinoh and SM Baby Company's mom&baby. Both have double ziplock.

ano yung gamit ming breast pump? ngayon pa lang ako bibili... mag three weeks pa lang si baby...

i'm using spectra dew 300 and medela swing sis. yung medela dito sa office ko lang ginagamit. masyado kasi bulky yung spectra e. hehe!

medela harmony (manual) breastpump is the best! pump anytime, anywhere! no fuss and easy to use, easy to clean. pump at your own pace. in 15-20 mins i'm done, as in both breastesessss! 

i also have avent electric double breastpump. used it for 3 weeks only. di ko nagustuhan coz sakit sa breastesess! and coz its electric, naka-steady ka lang dapat in one corner and nakakangalay gamitin. mashadong fussy especially when i need to pump during early hours (to maintain supply).

storage bags, i have been using lansinoh. nag-research talaga ako. i have no complaints, never had any leaks.

Baka yung bottle may problem kaka sterilise.  I notice yung medela bottles ko used to be payat, now it's more mataba so if 3.5ounces so bottle ko, sa storage bottle ko almost 3.75 ounces.

The korean storage bags i bought (bellamom) is okay naman. The plastic is thicker than the orange and peaches pero pansin ko mas matagal mag freeze yung milk ko. Maybe because thicker nga yung plastic. I havent thawed one yet so dunno hope i wont experience leaks kasi the price is good. I'll try nuk and lansinoh bags after i finish my 80 bags.

after extensive research for almost 2 days, i finally decided to buy from baby mama a spectra 350.

hopefully the excess weight will not be bothersome. 4 lbs.

pero its hospital grade so i guess is very durable and will maximize my milk production.

exclusive pumping na kasi ako even if my baby is turning 3 weeks pa lang... late na kasi ako nagresearch. wala kasing yaya and ngayon lang halos nakainstall ng wifi router sa room where i always stay.

mixed feeding na nga siya coz in dont get enough milk savmanusl pump ko.

baby has poor latch and i got into extreme pain while direct feeding kaya natrauma ako... pero im trying once in a while to direct feed pero nagkabottle confusion na siya... ayaw na nya ng direct, mabagal kasi diguro flow ng milk.

will be back to work next month so hopefully ok na milk production ko nun.

Not sure.with others sis, ha, but based from what I experienced and read,.dapat nagdidirect breastfeed ka pa rin kasi it stimulates milk production more daw.  If exclusive na pump lang, nakakahina ng.milk.  though meron naman din ako nabasa dito sa thread na Panay pump lang sya Pero dami pa rin milk.

depende talaga sis sa tao and paano i-maintain ang supply.

How many times a day do you pump sis? As in for the entire 6.5 months your baby did not latch on you? I wanna lessen our direct feeding sessions and pump more.

nicoletta - hhhm, i don't think its the bottle (in my case), kasi kahit sa ibang bottle na gamit ko sis, pare pareho naman yung sukat. what i do kasi is i use a bigger bottle kapag pump kasi napupuno lagi yung 5oz na bottle.. sa storage bags lang talaga na spectra yung medyo off talaga kapag tinransfer ko na. 

mathet - sis, i'm using spectra too. pero not the hospital grade, yung 300 lang. i'm exclusively pumping too. my baby had nipple confusion kaya ayaw narin nyang mag latch sakin. as per spectra, laki ng natulong nun to help boost my milk supply. 2 months na din ako e'ping ; though di sya naka mix feed. thanks God abundant ang milk supply ko. nakakaya ng na pupump ko everyday yung milk consumption nya. hihi

Actually ako, di ko pinapansin yung sukat sa storage bags. Kasi pansin ko nga na hindi accurate (I mostly use Avent, but I also tried Honeysuckle and Green *something* yata yun; lahat walang sumakto talaga). I always just write down the quantity as it shows while nasa bottle pa.

Sis katrinac ilang beses ka ng pupump sa isang araw? So for one month na never ng latch sayo so si baby yet you can supply her milk demand? What i do kasi if i will use my stash, i pump out what my baby drank tapos papa direct feed ko pa siya ng konti just to stimulate my breast. Mas gusto ko mag pump, mas mabilis kasi din mag feed via bottle.

sis, i pump every 2-3 hours (10-15 mins per breasts). Minsan nakaka 6 or 7 pump ako per day. Yup sis, yung napupump ko para kay baby ay thankfully more than enough para sa everyday consumption nya. minsan, yung na pump ko for today, after 3 days pa nya bago maubos.
She consumes 24oz of milk kada araw.
