hi sis tonette! i think medyo maaga pa yung 1 month para magpump. usually, nagpupump pag lapit ka na bumalik sa work. like mga 1-2 weeks before siguro para lang may maipon ka na for baby. pero ako ang ginawa ko lang is pump pag feeling ko hindi naubos ni baby yung milk sa breasts ko. example, dumede sya at biglang nakatulog. syempre pag dumede si baby, usually natitrigger yung let-down reflex so pag bigla syang nag-stop or nakatulog pump agad ako para mailabas yung excess milk. that way, mas maiincrease mo yung supply mo kasi laging ubos yung laman.

I have been pumping milk for 6 months at work using avent na manual.its super sulit coz its cheap and it has never failed me, very easy to assemble, lightweight and convenient kasi to save time I pump in the car when I'm going home.. I've never considered buying an electric one coz it has been good, I can also control the suction by how hard I'll press the handle so I'm pain free..Hindi din Naman ako nangangalay kasi ok yun output ko.. At work, when I pump during lunch time, I don't have the time to wash and sterilize my pump so I put it in the fridge for the meantime beside the bottles of milk..

Ito ba yung parang poso? I used Farlin breastpump for a year gamit na gamit ko siya. Now that I am having a second baby magagamit ko pa rin siya pero nag buy na din ako Avent manual pump para salitan sila. Di siya masakit pag pump and madami naman siya nakukuha.

MIL is going to the US next week so I grabbed the chance to pabili Medela freestyle kasi cheaper sya ng di hamak dun kesa dito. Makatipid kami ni hubby ng mga $250!

^how about the warranty sis? as far as i know, hindi na nagrerepair ang medela moms ng hindi nabili sa kanila..

^ sis same tayo ng pump...gaano kadami yung nacocollect mo kapag nagpupump ka? kasi ako 1oz lang both breast.. 2 weeks old nga pala si baby..

Sis at the time i tried to pump mga a bit more than 2 weeks old lang si baby ko.. around 1oz lang din ang na pump ko then i stopped kasi lagi naman said ang milk ko ni baby halos walang sobra.

Nakabili ako ng medela swing, second hand siya, pero compared sa allegro ko mas malakas ang suction niya,siguro dahil nga second hand na lol!.. Anyway,okay na rin sa price na 500+ pesos worth.. pwede na ring pang back up..

I went through the whole thread and di ko man lang nakita ang Ainon Electric Double breast pump. I'm scouting now kasi for a good electric pump (although di pa ako nanganganak) pero others are just too expensive!

Yung Ainon na nakita ko sa SM costs 6K. Any users out there?

^sis, if you're willing to shell out 6k, check out babymama.ph. Read good reviews on her breast pumps. She even has as low as 4900 lang for a dual electric pump and madaming variety. I'm planning to buy from her, too. 😄

@starlust, sis ako twice na nagpalit going 6mos ko na gamit swing ko (although i have unimom too).
nagpalit lang ako dahil nasira/napunit cya.
pero pag ok pa ang suction, i think pwede pa

I used medela swing for my first baby... kaso nanghiram pa ako ng isa para sabay ko sya ipump (good thing is that my friend also bought a pump but never got to use it), so this time around, i'm planning to get the freestyle para mas madali ebf kasi yung panganay ko till she was 1 yo, i'm planning to do the same for the 2nd
