help naman po. ano po magandang electric? allegro? forte? or spectra3? hmmm direct feeding kasi ako. pero sa april pasok na ako sa school. meron lang ako 2 manual pumps nahihirapan ako. what po ba maganda?

pwede din check muna yung valve ng horn. baka may torn na. yun ang madalas na culprit sa lower suction eh.

Thanks sis. Na check ko na. Ok pa naman yung valve. Nag start humina nung nag pump ako halos 1hr or more pa ata. Kasi ayaw lumabas milk though mabigat and puno pa. Puro kasi direct feeding kami ni baby. Nag pump ako kasi aalis lang ako that time. Ayun, next gamit ko prang iba na....

Sis kutzy12 - 110v ba yung ameda from US? Purely yours ba yung model na Gamit mo? I'm considering buying ameda rin sana Dahil closed system siya, compared to medela na open system. I'm thinking whether to buy here or sa states kasi Mga 3k rin Ang price difference. Takot ko Lang Baka walang mag repair dito if may prob yung pump if us bought.

Sis mylktea-  yup. 110v nga. Ameda purely yours nga gamit ko. Yung rin consider ko why ko pili ameda dahil sa closed system nya.

Hi po mga sis, I would like to ask your opinions because I am planning to buy an electric pump na. The thing is I  own an Avent manual pump, pero to be honest di ko siya type. I don't know kung hindi lang talaga fit sakin pero I can't get a lot of milk using it.

Will the Avent electric pump have the same feel? I'm thinking if I should still get Avent or try for other brands like Unimom or Spectra instead. Thanks for your replies!

Sis donnamarie, water lang then air dry for me.
Sis aupoleiana, ako kasi, sis, once i'm not satisfied with the brand (regardless kung ano product pa yan), i stop patronizing it na and try other brands.  If i were in your shoes, i'll buy a different brand na. Read reviews na lang about spectra and other brands.

sis aupoleiana, i'm one of those who didn't get much milk with an avent dual electric pump. i got more from unimom. if i have the budget, i wanted to try medela pa but still contemplating. turning 1yr na kasi si baby this sunday

mga sis who are using unimom forte, may naka-experience ba sa inyo na umaakyat yung milk dun sa parang "trumpo" na part? ano kaya reason nun? di sya lagi nangyayari, pero nasasayangan pa din kase ako.

Hi! First time mommy here. I'm 7 weeks preggy. I would love to breastfeed baby and i'm torn between manual pump and electric pump. My sis-in-law told me that I should get a manual pump it's the best daw. But the techie and lazy mom in me is thinking about getting the electric one with massage first so I can laze around and slouch around while pumping. Hahahaha.  Ano sa tingin niyo mga sis?

If you're planning on pumping several times a day, i suggest get na the electric coz it's more convenient and di nakakangalay. If you get pa the double electric pumps, it saves you time pa kasi sabay na yung pag-express ng milk ng both breasts mo

If your thinking of breastfeeding for a long time or you have plans of going back to work it is best to get an electric pump.

If youre just a stay home mom. Having a single pump will work. Manual is also good but with the frequency.of breast extraction you would opt to rest your wrist.

If you are a working mom i would advise that you get a double pump for the following reasons.
1. You will be able to extract milk faster while at work---you might not have the luxury of time to "take your time" pumping.
2. You need  some sleep. You really need to wake up every 3 or 4 hours to extract milk so that the baby will have enough food while you are at work. Any minute that you can save will help make sure u are well rested and alert at work.

If you can afford it.  do get a breast pump bra.
