^kasi pang double pumping sya kahit nasa mababang setting lang. wala ng nagbebenta eh. kung meron man, siguro used na. merong cushion yan but not sure if kasama sya sa set. yung sa double electric kasi meron. yung older version ng unimom dati gamit ko sa office. kaso ilang bese napasukan ng milk hangang sa nabagsak ng baby ko at ayun nagretire na ng tuluyan. babymama helped me even if wala ng warranty yung pump ko kaso may replacement na. eh wala ng stock nun kaya wala na ding part replacement kasi nga phased out na. i used my avent double electric habang inaayos yun but my supply somewhat nabawasn nung yun ang gamit ko. then i purchased the unimom double electric. now im back to my normal output.

i have unimom forte. so far okay naman siya sa akin. maingay ng konti, but way cheaper than medela. may silicone breast massager siya kaya hindi masakit sa breast, may suction strength adjustment and ang pinaka OK is closed system para yung milk hindi mapupunta sa tube or pump...

and cute din pala kasi yung pinaka motor/ machine niya. hehe...

My medela pump in style arrived yesterday. Ok naman so far - loving te convenience vs my manual pump plus less time consuming

pero ang tibay talaga ng In Style ha. kasi sa SIL ko pa eto , buhay pa hanggang ngayon.

Hmmm...parang di naman masyado maingay, sis. But i dunno lang compared sa ibang electric pumps kasi sya palang naging electric pump ko. Pero tama ka, nagulat ako sa bigat! My gosh, pano ko dadalhin to sa office ko? hehe!

I used to have medela swing (hand me down from my sis, di nya halos nagamit dahil SAHM sya).
But I bought unimom forte dahil gusto ko matry double electric kung mag-increase milk ko and at the same time ma-lessen naman ang time ko to pump.
Si unimom forte iwan sa office while si medela swing stays at home. Now, di ko na ginagamit si MS since di na ako nagpa-pump sa gabi, more than enough na ang output ko with UF during the day.

How long do you pump? Sabi kasi ng nurse, 20 min per breast so thats what i do. Minsan longer pa. Ang kinakataka ko lang, yung right breast ko, kahit engorged, mas mahina ang output. Luke 2.5 oz sa left, si right naman a little less than 1 oz. i tried putting hot compress and massaging peo ganun pa rin. Takot ako mawalan ng milk si right. Sorry if OT.

15 to 20 mins rin ako per breast. at di rin pantay output nila.

Mga 5x a day, sis. I start at around 7am and the last, at around 10pm.

^nabasa ko sis pag first 3months, you should pump AT LEAST 8x a day. kasi dapat sabayan mo feed ni baby to establish your supply kung hindi, hihina talaga.

naglalagay ako ng lanolin (im using Medela lanolin) para di mashado mag sore.

^ i use extra virgin olive oil and it works for me naman. i put it before pumping then i pat bm on the nipples after pumping. bm has antibacterial properties kasi and can heal sore nipples. it was suggested that pump only for 20-25 mins then you may hand express after.
