do you guys book with insurance pa? kasi when i check pag may travelsure, aabot ng 1300 rt for 2 papuntang kalibo. pag wala, 700 lang

Hindi ako nakuha ng insurance.  I skip all the add ons pag sale para in case na I can't use the ticket hindi masyado masakit sa bulsa yung mawawala value ng ticket. Saka for insurance I get it from Blue Cross kase kaya hindi ko yan sinasama during booking.

You can always add naman the insurance, baggage, seat and food kahit after purchase nung ticket

Ah. thanks sis! i'll check blue cross. anyway, when i use cebupac website, di ko matanggal yung insurance. pero ngayon nag download ako ng app nila, natatanggal. the prob is kelangan credit card sa app so di kko rin mafinalize yung booking ko. tama ba na ganun talaga sa cebupac? thanks!

You can remove it din.  Just click yung manage per guest if multiple passengers kayo. May lalabas na tick box dun click mo to remove insurance.

sis ailea, im from Qatar, walang multiple visa dito
tourist entry ka ba via hotel? mahirap kasi kumuha ng visa dito unlike sa Dubai.

try mo ulit baka meron pa promo:) try using incognito window when booking. wala nga daw multiple visa sa qatar sana magka promo pa ulit cebu pac. panong tourist entry via hotel? panong mahirap kumuha ng visa? compared to us, schengen visa?

I was able to book MNL - ICN RT for 4.5K, no baggage allowance. Ok na ba ito?

I able to book 2 BKK round trip tickets from the sale yesterday, but had a hard time removing reserved seats on the flight back. Sayang! P150 per person din yun. Hinayaan ko nalang because baka maubusan pa if I start over. Did anyone experience the same issue?

yesss!!!! was finally able to book and pay for my first ever solo trip and I chose Coron.
Initially wanted to go to Cebu but had a hard time finding for close departure and return dates

we had the same issue! was supposed to book Manila-Osaka-Manila for 12k 2pax (including baggage), then sa payment nawala na bigla! kasi inulit namin magbook to remove the reserved seats! sayang talaga huhuhu

Bigo pa rin ako sa Dubai. May error message na when I called to report memorize na ni agent yung error sa dami ng nag report. Pero up to know same error pa din eh yesterday afternoon ko pa nga yun na report. Malas.

Ohh saying sis @la_pinay I hate to think the reserved seats issue was deliberate.

Also tried booking another flight for Jan, this time choosing the "Payment Center" option instead of credit card, but hindi kumagat. Better luck next time!

Yan din problem ko. Credit card pambabayad ko kaso yung BDO naman saksakan ng tagal magpadala ng one time pin. I had to request 4x dahil yung pang-4th lang pumasok. Nitong nalagay ko na sinabi ng Cebu Pac na may error and try again. Naka-3x try ako nun tapos sa app nalang ako nag-booked at kumagat yung credit card dahil di kelangan ng pin.

Dun naman sa 1 flight na binooked ko ayaw din nung payment center na isa pero kumagat dun sa payment center na 24 hrs.

Mga Sis, nakahabol ako sa promo ng Cebu Pac, using my getgo points. Pero ganun ba talaga, noong una chineck ko ang RT na Bali..yung pabalik 10pts lang..then ginawa ko inulit ko yung booking at nilagay ko one way lang, naging 160pts yung 10pts..mas mahal ba talaga ang one way? TIA

hay naku. ako until now hindi pa rin maka access sa website ng cebupac. kapag getgo kase pag click mo ng redeem flights sa cebupac website ka rin dinadala. tsk..tsk.. ngayon lang ako binigo ng cebupac.
palagay may sira talaga site nila kase tapos na yung piso sale ganun pa rin... hindi ma access.
