^ sis hindi kami nag ocular kaya nagulat din ako at first sa lugar ng Sol Marina since they mentioned na "partial" lang yung construction.

anyway, went there on the 26th then after dinner is yung final detailing na namin since naging makulit at OC na ko sa email weeks before the wedding. then we met with the heads ng mga departments nila so naging mas madali kasi no need to wait for their answers. sagot agad on the spot. kaya i took the chance to haggle na din a couple of fees and added decorations like yung lighting na nasa sand (di ko alam tawag), wine, etc.

27th, i've been checking on them during breakfast. then discuss ulit with the head na andun sa restaurant how things would be arranged and they told us how it would look like.

28th, wedding day, habang bfast ulit minor adjustments na lang. kahit naambon nun pinagawa pa din nila yung sandcastle, hoping na umaraw sa hapon. and it did

it's part of the package sis. hindi kami church wedding eh. sundo lang sha sa kin from the lobby going to the beachfront. pati mga guests namin nakagolfcart nung hinatid from the lobby to the beachfront and v.v.

^ sis i didn't had a coor din. gusto mo try kita help about sa golf cart for rent? from where to where ba gagamitin? like fairways to church back to fairways again? may contact number pa ko ng nagpaactivities sa min dun last time, pati yung driver ng sol marina (he was offering yung van nila from Kalibo airport to boracay) baka may alam sila sa rates, etc.

or baka pwede mo na din i-haggle sa kausap mo from Fairways. for sure meron sila nun since may golf course sila. malay mo pwedeng ilibre na lang

prettyrosedale pasagot. I got DJ eric he's from boracay. Make sure lang he'll be there, sa akin feeling ko he left in the evening. Although i wasnt that bothered that he wasnt there dahil the others were good naman. They got all our requests too except for caribbean/jamaican music tapos they couldn't play those music from hubby's ipod. Sayang dahil we have few guests from the caribbean.

^ hmm 2 nights kasi yun haha. yung mismong night after the wedding, hindi ako sumama kasi talagang pagoda na ko. pero si hubby and the rest nagbar lang. coco mangas sila pumunta pero hindi advisable dun. ang sagwa ng crowd daw hehe.

2nd night naman dun kami sa Wave bar sa regency tapos hop to another bar forgot na name pero mas mainit and mas wild yung mga tao lol

^nataon kasi sis na pumunta sha sa gawi dun for Ariel's point. kinabukasan kasi sana eh tatalon kaming 2 hehe. kaso di naman natuloy. anyway, so instead na lumayo pa sila nag coco mangas na lang daw. kulit ng mga kwento nya eh. hehe.

Hi girls! How's preps going?

So far I only have Amanda. hehe. But we're heading to Boracay this October to scout the venues, so that should get a second tick, and I'm thinking of getting HMUA from the island na rin. Maybe I can do a trial while I'm there.

My big question for those who've had their weddings na -- did you girls have airbrush or traditional make-up? I don't know which one to get! I'm reading about its pros and cons online, and parang less margin for error ang traditional. Parang ang pro lang ng airbrush is it can last long, but it just looks too made up? Any thoughts, ladies?

^ mine was traditional sis pero it lasted naman until night time. 11 kami nagstart, 11 PM natapos yung party. depende na din siguro sa HMUA yun kung anong gagamitin nya para sa skin type mo

^^ sis gj yung sa akin it was airbrush by Paolo Maranan it lasted long pero i agree with sis babythug kahit traditional ang make up kung ok ang products na ginamit tatagal naman especially yung base. yung mga sis in law ko yung make up nila traditional it lasted long until 11 pm team ni Fern c/o Amanda yung nag ayos sa kanila they were very satisfied naman actually ang gaganda ng ayos ng hair nila hehe.

i have read na mas okay daw yung traditional kaysa sa airbrush. although of course yung hmua would strongly suggest for the airbrush. kalahati kasi talaga yung difference ng price. my hmua sis is Joseph Tayco. he's from mainland kalibo. i guess he's good based naman sa portfolio nya. have a look sis sa fb nya.
