will be in SG this May 14-18 and still no place to stay and no it
may nkapagtry naba magsta sa RUCK SACK INN? sa may Temple Street?
any feedbacks?
we are a family of 8 adults and 2 kids (3yrs old and 6yrs old)
we are on a tight budget and just want to experience SG

^Haven't stayed in that place pero isa lang masasabi ko, super ganda ng location nya.  Malapit sa Smith st (chinatown food street) at sa mga tiangge ng chinatown if yung sa temple street na hostel, not lavander or hongkong st.  My only concern with hostel is that the bathroom is shared with other tenants.  Which means, there's a common shower and toilet for all the guests.  Mas prefer ko ang sariling banyo. Although if you are on a tight budget and the shared bathroom isn't a big concern, ok na sya.

^Alam ko may inns na bawal ang kids, dahil backpackers ang atmosphere na gusto, and dorm-type siya. Not sure lang about Rucksack. Kami kasi sa Five Stones and doon sinabi sa website na bawal

Hi mga sis, its our first time to go to singapore this coming march 14 and wala pa kaming iterinary I cant totally back read kasi sobrang busy di n kmi ni hubby lately..sana matulungan nyo naman kami..

     march 14 arrival - 3am, we are staying at value hotel thompson may nabasa kasi ako mga sis na meron train pa ng gnun oras.. pwede pa kys kami mg train or mag taxi n lang kami going to the hotel? then anong pwede namin gawin since maaga naman ang dating namin incase mkpg check in kami agad?
until march 16 kami ng gabi kasi madaling araw ang flight namin going to manila.

^Hi Goldy, since 3AM ang dating nyo, you have no choice but to take the taxi or get the changi shuttle service to hotel within the city for SGD9 per person.  As for the itinerary, the page before this has a three day SG tour.

Hi sis, thank you sa reply,siguro ganun na nga gagawin namin..pero may nabasa ako nung ng back read ako ng konti na meron shuttle n pwedeng mghatid from airport to your hotel ng only $9? meron pa ba ng ganun mga sis? tapos pwede paki tingnan naman mga sis itong ginwa kong iterinary namin 2 ni hubby :

day 1 - merlon lion,esplanade,marina bay sands and garden by the bay lahat ba to sis mgkakalapit sa isa't isa? and what time sila ng -open ?

day 2- USS, vivo city songs of the sea

day 3-shopping , free day

apaano ba pumunta dito kasi do it yourself kami ni hubby and 1st time namin sa sg..sa value hotel thompson kami mg stay..ask ko na rin mga sis ok ba ang tiger? [textspeak!] kasi ang may promo dito e. thank you!!

^ For Day 1 niyo sis you can got there via MRT (Bayfront Station). From the station nandun na MBS tapos you can walk from there to Garden by the Bay. To Merlion naman I know walkable din pero I'm not sure hehe.

Walkable ang MBS to Merlion, basta ok sa inyo ang 20 minutes leisure walk overlooking the bay.  From MBS, tawid lang ng helix bridge to esplanade, then diredirecho to Merlion (fullerton).  Actually, masarap maglakad paikot ng Marina bay pag hindi mainit (noon).

Here in SG, we usually rely on websites.  Hindi katulad sa atin sa pinas na walang websites kaya mahirap magtancha ng visit.  Lahat ng places dito, mapa botanical gardens, theme parks, may website.  I think its mandatory for businesses here to have information websites.

yung mga nakapunta ng malaysia sa inyo, san kayo sa pinas nagpapalit ng ringgit at sgd na rin? reliable ba sa czarina? yung kasama ko kasi dun na raw siya sa SG magpapalit baka raw kasi peke mapalitan dito sa pinas? any feedback po sa czarina forex? eto po kasi madalas kung mabasa dito ssa PEX...thanks

Nearest within central is the one in Anchorpoint mall which houses outlets of other names like Pedro, Charles and Keith, Billabong, Giordano, Fox and G2000.
