Sis, i checked google maps.. Ito ang lumabas..

http://maps.google.com.ph/maps?q=queen+street+singapore+bus+terminal&cid=0,0,15858999292427082762&sa=X&ei=E-wUUZnNO-GPiAesh4CgBA&ved=0CDoQ_BIwAw#bmb=1

Parang malapit-lapit na rin. If i were you, sa Queen St. bus na lang kayo. Then walk or taxi to your hotel. If ako yan ha..

Sige, sis, I'll take note of this. Since may dala kaming luggage, baka magtaxi na nga lang. May taxi stand ba near the bus terminal sa Queen St.?

sis neneng_bee ...sis you can google their website: South East Asia Hotel Singapore... yung samen $100/night, for 2 adults buti na lang nakalibre sa daughter ko, she's 7 at that time, sakto pala pwede den sa inyo ito ;) included na den sa stay niyo ang free breakfast... dito den ako medyo nahirapan sa SG mag hanap ng accomdation samen na medyo affordable (most of the time parati naman nasa labas importante meron maayos, malinis at safe na lugar), since meron batang kasama hindi sila pwede sa backpackers style...

sis bonita8888 ...I asked my BIL kung san located yung Fragrance Crystal sa Geylang, medyo malayo pala ito from Kallang's MRT, kung lalakarin mga 30mins walk... so from MRT need niyo pa mag bus...

Should we go to Larkin Bus Terminal sis?

Pls confirm sis saan kame talaga dapat sumakay.

Also, nagbibigay  ba sis ng immigration card sa JB? I heard kase di yun required sa KL but we will be exiting from SG kase to Manila, alam ko hinahanap yun ng IO sa Changi. Please enlighten me sis.

Thanks po uli.

Sis, sa JB CIQ ako nanggaling nun. If ever, you can take naman any CW bus from JB CIQ to SG immig, then from SG immig, make sure to take na the bus going to Queen St.

Sa SG immigration, meron na dun card, fill up ka before ka punta sa IO for passport control.

^ thank you, sis!

Pwede pala any bus from JB CIQ to SG Immigration. Kala ko kase dun lang sa designated bus number for your intended destination. Ticket nga pala ang kelangan namin bilhin sis, no?

Super thanks sis! You're so gracious in answering all my queries. Pasensya na, medyo OC kase ako kaya inaalam ko even the small details. Ayoko na dun pa kami magkaligaw ligaw at magka-aberya. Hehe... Thanks talaga. :)

^ hehe, no prob sis.. Nagrely lang din ako sa research when i made the daytrip to JB from SG. Yup, you need to buy the ticket dun na, fare is 2.5ringgit. Yung EZ link, pwede lang for SG-JB route. Better if you have exact amount na para mas mabilis. Or if di mo makita agad, ask na lang.

Mga sis, help naman with my itinerary.
March 2 10AM (Sat) arrival - check in sa YMCA then either Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay or travel to Legoland and Hello Kitty town
dinner sa Chinatown/ hawker

Mar 3 - either Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay or Legoland and Hello Kitty town
dinner sa No Signboard

Mar 4 - travel and early chech in sa RWS (either Hardrock or Hotel Michael)
USS and Sentosa

Mar 5 - check out then head to Changi outlet
5pm departure namin going back to Manila

Wala kaming kasamang kids, kids at heart lang and dalawang mahilig mag shopping.
6 kasi kami. TIA

Note: I thought I posted this last Saturday pero when I checked, hindi ko nakita sa thread.

^hi sis. :) sa Hard Rock Hotel, pwede ang 3 adults in one room. kasi both Deluxe King and Deluxe Twin ay may pull-out bed. see link below:

http://www.rwsentosa.com/language/en-US/Hotels/HardRockHotel/RoomTypes/Deluxe

in that Resorts World Sentosa website you can also browse thru other hotels in RW. sa Festive Hotel meron ding tatluhan: Deluxe Twin - Two single beds, and a sofa bed (folds out to a double bed).

regarding sa Orchard, i suggest na go na lang for the Marina Bay Sands - Gardens by the Bay - Orchard Road. kasi kung wala kayong kasamang bata, wag na kayo pumunta sa Legoland and Hello Kitty. para sa inyong "kids at heart", pwede na ang USS at Sentosa. :)

Agree ako sis kay sis meimei. Better to go to USS and Sentosa na lang instead of Hello Kitty Town and Legoland kase pang kids talaga dun. Kami naman pupunta dun just beacause of our kids na mahilig talaga sa Lego at Hello Kitty. :) Pero for adults, I think mas appealling ang USS. We've been there last year and we had so much fun. :)

As what sis meimei had said, pwede mo isingit yung Orchard Road sa first day nyo. For hawker style dining, you can eat at Makansutra Glutton's Bay or in Lau Pa Sat. There's No Signboard in Esplanade and Clarke Quay.

Don't miss the laser light shows at night sa MBS at Gardens by the Bay. Do check out their websites for the show times. It's free.

I also suggest that you stay for 2 nights sa hotel sa RWS. Kase if one night lang, parang bitin. Di nyo masyado maeenjoy yung hotel as you will be out most times of the day kase nasa USS kayo. :)

Hi meimei and travelling_daisy!

So after MBS may time pa kami mag shopping sa Orchard road? At around what time do stores close?

Yung pagpunta naman ng Chinatown for souvenirs, kailan pwedeng isingit?

Sis, saan yung Makansutra? Pwede yun sa first night?

If we will go to Johor Bahru, talagang 1 night lang kami sa RWS.

^ Sis, wag na kayo magLegoland haha sooobrang pangbata. Go nalang sa Outlet & HK Town. After niyo magJohor, baka pwede pa rin kyo pumunta ng Orchard. 10 halos sarado na pala malls dun. :)

^^sis Ella, this is what i suggest:

March 2 10AM (Sat) arrival:

- check in sa YMCA around 11am, have lunch and go shopping na at Orchard para maibalik ninyo yung pinag-shopping ninyo sa YMCA before moving forward w/ your day. kasi nasa same area na ang Gardens by the Bay - No Signboard - MBS eh. say 11:30am to 3pm kayo sa Orchard.

- so after dropping your shopping bags at YMCA, proceed to the Gardens by the Bay (say 3-5pm), then MBS (say 5:30-7:00), then dinner at No Signboard kasi nasa area near MBS na to (say 7-9pm), tapos balik na lang kayo sa MBS waterfront for the Wonder Full Show at 9:30pm.

(sis, when you say MBS, what exactly do you want to do there ba? hehe. yung Skypark? kasi kung Skypark, best to go up there yung late afternoon pa-sunset, para you have views of both daytime and nighttime. that is, if you really want to go up there, kasi kami di na kami umakyat kasi view lang naman meron dun, hehe. so if you decide to forgo the MBS Skypark, you can extend your time either at Orchard or at the Gardens, tapos after the Gardens derecho na sa No Signboard for dinner, then MBS waterfront for the Wonder Full Show)

Mar 3 - Johor Bahru because it seems that you really won't let this go, hehe (Outlet, Legoland, Hello Kitty), dinner sa Makansutra (Esplanade) or Lau Pa Sat

Mar 4 - travel and early check in sa RWS (either Hard Rock or Festive Hotel), USS and Sentosa

Mar 5 - check out then head to Changi outlet, 5pm departure going back to Manila

- you mentioned Chinatown for pasalubong... normally tanghali pa nagbubukas ang mga stalls dito, so maisisingit mo lang to sa Mar 2 or Mar 5, kasi whole day ang Mar 3 and 4 mo. pero masyado nang haggard ang Mar 2 mo eh... unless after check-out na lang sa Mar 5, segue muna saglit sa Chinatown before going to Changi outlet...

Sis, saan yung Makansutra? Pwede yun sa first night? - Sis, Makansutra Glutton's Bay is near the Esplanade.
If we will go to Johor Bahru, talagang 1 night lang kami sa RWS. - I think extended ang discount even for tourists/foreigners. Pero, ang senior citizens yata sa SG ay hindi 60 y/o and above , I think 65 y/o and above ang considered senior citizens.  Hope somebody can confirm this. :)

Thanks sa tips! :)

Sis, my comments in bold text. :)

@meimei Regarding shopping first before heading to MBS, you've got a very good point sis!  ;)
Skypark - nah just want to see MBS so pwede pang mag window shop hehe
"because it seems that you really won't let this go" - natawa ako sobra dito sis! ipapabasa ko sa sister ko  ;D
Ilang hours ba travel from SG to Johor Bahru?  :-\
Same way lang ba from Sentosa to Chinatown to Changi?
*Thank you so much!

@travelling_daisy Too bad, my father is turning 65 pa lang on May
