Atkin's is quite similar to Dukan Diet, all protein no carbs no sugar diet. I have tried the dukan but it requires a lot of discipline and self control which is hard for a person who has sweet tooth like me. But it made me lose 10 lbs in a week. Yun nga lang after non parang gusto ko na ulit kumain ng full meal kaya i end up failing.

Atkin's Diet was my Jump Start Diet.... I started doing this last May 26, 2012, i enjoyed the diet kasi i love meat naman talaga.... until now i dint eat rice and most of the carbs.... kung ano yung nakalagay na allowed food per PHase sinisunod ko talaga... sa ngayon nawala na cravings ko sa rice... kung di maiiwasan na di kumain ng carbs wheat bread lang pinaka carbs ko.... i already lost 30 pounds... slowly and surely ako.... i need to lose 20-30 pounds more para sexy na talaga! hehe  ;D

wow sis kelly laki na pala ng nalose mo..

my first ever diet was hcg, lost 13lbs lang, pero kasi naman sobrang konti food options.

kaya eto medyo nalilito pa ako sa carb counting, kasi sa hcg calorie counting..

pa share naman sis ng easy na induction meal plans mo  ;D

started this on july 8, 2012. i'd been on the induction phase for 6 months. i cheat sometimes but my cravings for carbs have disappeared. i no longer need to eat rice, bread, pasta. i think it has changed the way my body works. i also have lost at least 33 lbs so far, for 6 months. diet lang, no exercise.

i'm moving on to a gluten free diet/ paleo style of eating. weight loss is 80 percent diet/ 20 percent exercise. so read up and focus on what types of food  you'll be eating then stick to that.

atkins isn't a fad diet, it's based on science that makes sense. if you read enough about nutrition and the way our body stores the food we eat, you will realize that atkins, together with a gluten free/ paleo diet is the most sustainable, healthy way of eating.

Hello Sis Belliecute....

You may want to read from this site... http://www.atkins.com/home.aspx
Yan yung naging reference ko while doing the Atkins Diet... may list of food na you can eat... what i love about Atkins is you'll have a wide range of variety. Pwede ka mag fry ng food as long as Canola or yung nasa list ang gagamitin mo. Just follow Sis the allowed foods.... madami naman variety. Lost 30 pounds since May 26, 2012.....

Still have more pounds to loose... parang i still want 30 more hehe  ;D
I'm now reading and considering Dukan para maiba naman yung choices ko....

GOOD LUCK!!!!!
