I wanted to ask if any one might know where to buy these stuff: heel cushion/medial arch support shoe insert? I was diagnosed with a heel spur kasi.

same tayo. nadiagnosed din ako may heel spur. sa sm department store may mga tindang mga ganyan or try mo din sa olympic village.

Hello! I know this is a pretty late reply, but you may check Runnr. Meron sila ng gel inserts. There's a universal one, but you can also have them customized according to your arch, etc.

Sorry for necroposting.  Baka lang makatulong. I bought mine and my dad's from a shoe/bag/repair shop noon sa basement sa Megamall. It is the one near the gaming arcade. The name of the shop escapes me. Nasa mga 900 pesos din a pair. I had plantar fascitis kasi flat footed ako. Para effective yung arch dapat matigas sya. Those gel type will flatten and soften after some  time.
