^as usual, call centers always love to put on a show. It only serves a single purpose lang naman, para makita ng iba na its more fun and meaningful to be with their company - subtle attempt at recruiting people, or should i say, pirating agents to jump over the fence. A person's gotta be naive to not sense that lalo na yung mga "vets"  ;D

di naman siguro for pirating kasi agents or sup from different call centers ang andun, they never try to pirate me di rin ako kapirate-pirate.

eyeball hahaha  ;) piqued my interest
aabangan ko ang +1 mo sa isang thread

true enough, madami talagang nagaabang ng call center virgins since sila yung pinaka madaling i control  since wala pa ngang experience.

^well, there's a reason why the "referral incentive" program have been an effective recruitment staple for BPO's. Kasi money talks and never been about the skills that an individual possess.

If they say jump, you say how high.  ::)

^i beg to differ, sa panahon ngayon openly advertised na ang rates na makukuha mo - something that you dont normally see in an ordinary office work job postings. And dahil dun, ang magkakainteres lang na mag apply yung mga hindi marunong mag presyo sa sarili or di alam maghanap ng mas magandang deal.

It's not like you're in the position to negotiate dahil baratan ang labanan kasi HR's get their share din and that is called "training bond" naman.  :D

They figured na its better to post the expected salary para hindi na humaba ang usapan and whoever shows up for interview would mean naintindihan ng aplikante na yun lang dineclare nilang price ang marereceive nila. No room for counter offer and even if you did try to negotiate, they can easily put your application under their file of "pooling" candidates - in short, tatapon na nila yan lalo pa't you appear to be a job hopper.

All in the day's work of "1-day" recruitment processing.  ;D

Pa-join ;D

I've been with my current company for 6 years and 1 month na din. Back office HR for North Americas; internal kame nung company so colleagues din from the US & CA ang sinusupport namin.

Been in the night shift for the whole 6 years; day & mid shift on some days, depends if may training or calls earlier in the day.

I have a new home (BPO) and I think dito na ko magtatagal dahil I find the account very easy and most specially dahil dalawang tumbling and isang kembot lang sya from my house  ;)

Hi. Diyan ka pa ba sa company mo up to this time.
