anong gamit niyo para malamig parin yung milk when travelling for both short and long trips??

pano niyo naman iniinit ng mabilisan lalo na pag magwawala na si baby? minsan kasi mahirap magtancha lalo na they feed kung kelan nila gusto diba.

Binibilang ko yung time based sa last feeding ni bebe tapos if malamig yung milk soak ko muna sa hot water 10mins bago umalis para by the time na gutom na si bebe room temp na yung milk ko. Sometimes naman pakakainin ko muna si bebe bago umalis usually 1 to 2 hrs gutom na sya sakto na yung temp ng milk nya

I used a fridge to go before. Kept my EBM cold the whole day in the offuce, i ddnt beed to store them in the fridge until it was time to go home.

My sister also used a fridge to go to transport her frozen EBM from london to here. All was good.

first time namin lumabas kahapon para magpa check up sa pedia, taranta sa pag prepare paano magpalamig at magpa warm ng milk ni baby. hindi kasi kasya yung mga big bottles sa insulated bag na kasama sa pump ko.

kaya need ko bumili asap ng malaking pampalamigan

^ i used a playtex fridge to go. Kasya ang 4 4oz storage bottes ng avent. My sister used a fridge to go victora model. You can check the models at fridgetogo's multiply site.

Feed ko muna baby before going out. Then bring lang ako ng isang 4oz breastmilk along with her other things. Warm na yun, kasi natatancha ko naman, usually check up is 1-2 hours, including travel time na. And 3x pa lang namin nilalabas si baby, max is 2 hours lang. But along with her things, i also bring nursing cover and i also wear nursing bra, para just in case lang i can feed her anytime.

Pero we also bought 1small insulated bag with 2ice gel packs, good for 24hours yun, kasya yung 6bottles of breastmilk storage. All from babymama nung bumili kami ng breast pump.

even when going out or attending parties i still breastfeed by baby. may nursing cover lang ako. pag alam nyang kasama nya ko ayaw nya mag bottle. kaya nasasayang yung milk + hassle pa magpainit. but before pag may baon ako, i put my bottles sa insulated bag, brand is thermos and Techni-Ice Reusable Ice Pack / Dry Ice. may maliit din akong baon na initan na thermos and humihingi na lang ako ng hot water kung nasan man kami ng baby ko like sa resto.

ganito yung bag ko. Ganto na rin dala dala ko sa office para store yung pumped bm.
