mga sis may nagbago ba sa odesk team app? ngayon kasi di ko na makita kung anong ginagawang task ng team members ko eh. all i can see is that they're online. saka di ata agad nagre-refresh ang time dito sa beta version. san kaya pwede makadownload nung lumang version. mas maganda kasi dun kita mo na agad yung worked hours mo.

^^Sis, sobrang baba nga nya. American accent naman yung pinapa transcribe pero hindi clean palagi eh. Minsan may static, minsan umiiyak, may background music. Hay. At ang bibilis magsalita, super slang pa! Parang ngumunguya minsan.

^^sis, yung isang team ko lang yung di ko nakikita yung ginagawa ng team mates ko pero yung iba naman nakikita, i was thinking na baka nasa setting ng client or baka nga may topak lang ang team app..

anyway, sino nag withdraw via Paypal-BPI? pumasok na na funds nyo?

^Heavensent. Sis, BPI din gamit ko, available [textspeak!] funds every friday at 5AM, kaya lang di paypay [textspeak!] gamit ko, parang direct na sya from Odesk to BPI. Ano bang pagkakaiba kapag padadaanin sa paypal- BPI? Thanks!

^angeljolie: Hi Sis. Nagtanggap din ako ng transcription job before for $5 for 30 mins lang sya and 4 hours and deadline from the time she sent the contract. After listening to it, sobrang hirap talagang intindihin kasi it's a conference call. Sabay -sabay sila na na nagsasalita. Kung fixed income, kung di mo ginawa at di ka binayaran ni customer, walang job na nangyari, it means na walang feedback. tama ba? Sa akin kasi, ang message sa contract nakapangalan sa ibang tao, so I asked her kung para ba sa akin ang contract and I told her that I will decline the job since the it was a wrong sent. But actually, ayaw kung gawin kasi $5 is not enough.

^^xyeZZZ, oo ang hirap talaga. Nung una tina-try ko pa na iperfect. Grabe nakakbugnot hehe. I just finished 5 audio files na tig 10-21 minutes ang length. Ayoko na. Tinanggap ko lang naman sya kasi para maexperience ko kasi at least nalaman ko kung pano sya ginagawa, plus yung tools na ginagamit nila. Pero kakausapin ko na yung client at aayaw nako hehe.

^sana nga sis, I usually use LFT-BPI kaso nasa Paypal yung payment ng client ko outside Odesk so dun ko na din withdraw funds ko para sabay na sayang kasi charge.

I just signed up sa odesk last saturday. Kahapon nagstart na ko sa contract ko, feeling ko ang baba ng hourly rate ko na $2.  Yung gagawin ko is magpaprocess ng reservations ng mga pupunta sa china for business purposes. Sabi ng manager ko mababa nga daw yung rate na hiningi ko pero he will make sure daw na once ok naman yung performance ko, tataasan nya daw. 15hours/week yung nasa contract ko. Commission based kami and yung isang agent naka $250 na in 2 weeks.

My problem now is im currently having my OJT sa online english school na nagcacater for japanese students, I still dont know how much yung rates per class kase after pa ng ojt which is 100hrs, dun ko pa malalaman and thats based sa performance mo sa training. Di ko masyado trip yung admin dun sa company kase parang bad vibes lagi. They dont seem very friendly and approachable. Pag may tinatanong about classes, since im a newbie, parang di nila gusto. Unlike my American boss na natutuwa pa pag nagtatanong ako.

Im still in college, summer lang kaya may time ako for all of these pero I really dont know what to prioritize.

^I'd say follow your gut feeling and kung san ka masaya. Mahirap mg trabaho na nega vibes lagi.. you have to ask yourself, is it worth it? you will have to be dragging yourself to work if di mo feel ang pagtatrabaho.

If tama computation ko, you were hired after 3 days...That's fantastic! We all know that as freelancers we are competing from professionals all over the world, ang hirap makapasok agad...Great opportunity talaga for you.

Definitely $2 is a very low rate. But take that as an opportunity...we all start with small things even sa corporate world nagsisimula tayo sa mababa...Now, it's a matter of how we handle things for us to get a higher rate...

Sometimes,our emotions allows us to see things negatively. False impression will result to a negative impression and in effect hindi talaga magiging ok. But if you give sometime to know these persons, you don't know they may become your best buddy online.Kailangan lang natin na maging humble sa lahat ng bagay in order for things to work out.

Kahit saan ka man mapunta, you will always encounter negativity. But don't allow that negativity to control you. You should learn how to handle these things, kasi ang tendency nyan, you will always jump from one place to another looking for a "perfect community".

Go back to your goals in life? Ang mga activities ba na ito can take you sa destination where you can achieve your goals? If yes, alin ba dito ang mas matimbang? Then, implement time management.

nakakatuwa naman ang exchange rate ngayon. naenjoy ko na naman ang pagiging Odesker. mahal ko naman ang Pilipinas pero sana magsteady nalang sa 41 and exchange rate para hindi naman tayo talo.
