thankful ako this week cause I got a hourly research job last tuesday..

so far naka 90 hours na ko for this week

last week naman super wala talaga..

wow sis, grabe ang energy mo. pano mo nagagawa ang 90 hours/week? ako nga hirap na hirap abutin ang 40 hrs/week. kalaban ko talaga ang antok since night ako mostly at work para wala istorbong mga junakis eh..hehe

Tumama ng US weekend ang pagwithdraw mo. It won't be processed right away.

Nagwithdraw ka ng Sunday - that's Saturday sa US.

Monday sa atin is still Sunday in the US.

So that should be processed around Tuesday sa timezone natin - ito yung first working day sa US. So it must still be undergoing processing sa Paypal pa.

But I remember, first time mo pala ata magwithdraw sa Paypal at papunta pa lang sa bank mo. That would explain further delay - napansin ko mas nadedelay ngayon ng konti sa mga first timers. That's why I said noon hindi na rin aabot sa long weekend, so there's a possibility na after ng long weekend mo na makukuha EVEN if Paypal shows the status as "completed".

how are you able to manage your time sis? any tips? i have three kids kasi, youngest is 1.5yrs old and i don't have any maid or yaya so i really need to stop to take care of them in-between work. ano pala pampagising mo sa gabi if ever?

^my daughter is already 9 yrs old so most of the time nasa school sya.. I start working at around 10 am then stop to fetch my daughter, super lapit lang ng school so 10-15 minutes lang yun then back to work na ulit

kumakain ako lunch while working, wala din ako maid so stop ako sa afternoon to help my sister prepare for dinner, after dinner work na ulit hanggang 2-4 am

ang malala pa ngayon, may red eyes ako slash sore eyes hehe dahil ata sa init  buti di naman sya masyadong masakit at tolerable naman ang kati. istorbo sa work

grabe sis heavensent, may time ka pa ba matulog? ilang hours lang siguro. pag ako tinotodo ko work til mga 2-3 am sobrang hilo ko kinabukasan so di rin kinakaya magwork ng bongga eh. my daughters are 6 and 8 years old. the eldest has mild autism so di maiwasan mga meltdowns at away bata na syempre nakaka-hamper sa work. tapos youngest ko is 1.5yrs old na boy na super likot so talagang multi-tasking ako. literal na umiikot ang mata ko from comp screen tapos bantay sa kanilang tatlo. kaloka!

Mga sis medyo nalilito ako sa bagong format ng oDesk. Dati kasi pag na end na ang contract may option to give feedback kaso ngayon wala akong makitang give feedback option. Nakakahiya sa client ang ganda pa naman ng iniwan nilang feedback sa akin and I worked for them for over a year.. May alam ba kayo kung paano?

Edit: I found out 14 days after ma-end ng contract automatically disabled na pala ang give feedback option.

I will meet my boss on April 1.. party2 with other project people dito sa manila.  Long term contract ako sa client na to at very accommodating nga sila. Looking forward in meeting them already.
