mga sis ok na ba ang BPI-LFT nowadays? how long bago dumating once withraw ko sa odesk? kasi natakot ako last year since nakakaproblem nga yun last time

Mga sisses, ano ang in demand na job ngayon sa odesk? Kakaregister ko lang kasi and may makakapagbigay kaya ng tips sakin para mahire din agad. I have completed my profile. Anyway, gusto ko lang maging part-time job to, pangdagdag kita!

^sis I am also new in Odesk. i just took the readiness test few days ago. Yesterday lang ako nahire. My first ever job sa Odesk. Good luck satin sis.

^ From what I understand yung man na yan is an employee for a company wherein ang arrangement is remote work ang gagawin nya instead of reporting sa office. Since that's for a company I think the company has their own monitoring software - using VPN infrastracture.

Nadetect yung kalokohan nya through the VPN logs na galing sa China, not on reporting screenshots like what odesk implements.

^I have this same sort of invitation from a US client daw.. then when they were trying to communicate with me nagulat ako na taga-Paranaque yung nagmmessage sa akin. Ewan ko.. then I browsed his profile na parang june 2012 pa nya na project yun then parang ina-outsource nlng din nya sa odesk. ewan ko nga kung ippush ko pa yung contract e.. kasi may paid test ako kaso yung nga sa kanya ako ngwwork e duda ako malaki nakukuha nya sa US. palagay nyo sis?

anyway, 1 week na akong di nagaapply sa odesk, tamad moments, pero may pending work naman din kasi ako na 2 then nagugulat ako this week puro job invitation then kanina they hired me naman. swerte lang din siguro..

ganyan rin ang nangyari sa akin noon. turned out na inassign ng "hiring" permissions yung kausap ko. project didn't push through.

anyway, i sort of avoid these kind of "middleman" jobs, marami yan pinoy or foreign clients. mas ma-pressure kasi, mas maraming ginagawa at mas mataas ang standards nila dahil may mga deadlines sila. and you're thinking right, they have huge cuts. but then it depends on every freelancer... sa akin mas gusto ko ang direct clients na.
