Sis, bakit ang mahal?  Cs ka di ba? Package ba kinuha mo? Sabi mo semiprivate kayo pero ni-upgrade (for free yun pag ganun di ba)

Hi Sis,

Yung initial plan namin is yung NSD package ng MMC kaso nung later weeks nagka hypertension ako kaya CS na and hindi na qualified sa package due to complications. Kapag ganun hindi ka na puwede mag avail ng package nila sis. Wala kasing available na semi private room that time kaya nilagay kami sa small private with no additional charge. Lumaki din sis kasi kinailangan ko ng WinRho due to Rh incompatibility namin ni baby. 24,000 din yung injection.

Any feedbacks sa St Anthony Hospital? Im on 23rd week twin pregnancy.  How much kaya? Doctor is Dra. Trudi Flor Ramos.

I gave birth here via NSD last December 2011. Si Dra. Ramos din ang OB ko.  We paid 32k, less Philhealth. Pero that's local anaesthesia.  Mas mahal pag epidural.  Yun lang pagkakamali ko kasi hindi ko nasabing gusto ko sanang epidural ako.  Anyway, I stayed for a day in a private room, my choice since normal lang naman. You would have to add i think mga 1,100 for every day you wish to stay. Facilities are better than a public hospital but not as great as a big private hospital. Services are great, though. Di sya kalakihan pero malinis at maayos. Hindi rin matao, Halos wala kang makakasalubong na ibang pasyente sa hallway. Nurses and other staff are very courteous.

OK yang si Dra. Trudi.  She considers her patient's budget.  One time na nagpacheck up ako sa kanya, me nakasabay kaming kulang yung dalang pera.  Sabi nya, "Sige ok lang.  Next time na lang yung balance.  O pwede namang wag na kung ayaw mo na bumalik".  Gusto ko rin yung katandem nyang Pedia, si Dra. Reyes.

May taga-Meycauayan Bulacan ba here? Plan ko din kasi na doon manganak para after lumabas ng hospital doon muna ako sa house ng parents ko para may mag-aasikaso sa amin ni baby... tips naman magandang hospital and rates doon. Thanks.

Hi mga mommies im on my 32nd week now and ill be giving birth on January 3, 37 weeks lang repeat cs. My OB is Dra. Nina Ricci Bellarmino and she gave me a CS birth package sa Angono Medics Hospital, price is 40k all in na yan with babies fees included, kaso OB ward lang sya 3 kami sa room. I asked my OB if pwede ako mag upgrade ng room yung private lang kc maingay usually pag may kasama like what i experienced before, she said pwede naman on top of 40k ill just add the daily rent for the private room lang, i chose the presidential suite 2400 lang sobrang laki with tv, ref, and a separate room for the visitors. So all in all im nasa around 52k ang prepare namin ni hubby. Good luck mga sis

kami ni OB di pa pinag uusapan yung giving birth cost kasi ang layo ng hospital nya sa place ko. so malamang next year pa namin pag usapan [textspeak!] cost. pero syempre nagbabasa basa ako dito para makakuha ng idea if magkano ang panganganak. sana pagbalik ko ng Makati Med ma approved ako sa green card para medyo mabawasan na ang iniisip ko kung san ako manganganak.

I emailed Manila Doctor's Hospital and this is their response:

Good day, ma’am! Thank you for your interest in Manila Doctors Hospital.

The MDH-Obstetrics and Gynecology Complex currently offers a Maternity Package for uncomplicated pregnancies. The breakdown of the package fees are as follows:
 
Normal Delivery (Local Anesthesia)             = Php 31,000.00 +++
Normal Delivery (Epidural Anesthesia)        = Php 37,000.00 +++
Cesarean Section                                        = Php 50,000.00 +++


The aforementioned fees already include the following:
1. Room fee at the Hospital Ward for two days (for normal deliveries) / three days (for Cesarean Section cases). The patient may opt to be transferred to a private room, however, normal charging shall commence upon room transfer.
2. Medicines excluding Antibiotics
3. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) fee
4. Newborn Screening Test (excluding Hearing Test)
5. Professional Fees of Doctors
6. Delivery fee
 
A contract shall be signed between the patient and her attending physician once the former decides to avail of the said package.

mga sis, na approved application ko for green card sa MMC. yehey.. and may OB package sila na affordable naman sa green card holder. ang tinanggal kasi pala dun sa package nila is professional fee.

SimpleBeauty08 - thanks for sharing sis! mukhang okay din ang rates nila ah. may clinic din kasi dyan si OB ko, pero di ko pa natry mag pa check up dyan. Okay na yung rates nila, kaso natakot ako sa ++++ na yan. hehe. I plan to give birth sana dyan, yan kasi yung closest na hospital samin kung san accredited si OB.

share ko lang po mga sis..

pag may green card ka sa MMC mas mababa babayaran mo sa mga packages and the other bill is 30% discount. kaya nung naka avail ako laking discount din makukuha ko, kasi yung OB packages nila as of now is 20,000 ang NSD then 34,500 CS. Possible increase sila next year NSD 28,000 and CS is 41,500.00 laki din ng difference nya sis pag di ka green card holder.

parang di naman yata need na taga makati ka sis, kasi sabi nung nag inquire ako sa phone eh madami nga daw na taga ibang lugar ang nag aapply ng green card kaya dapat maaga kang pupunta para sa number.

Sis, final cash out na yan, naless na everything, but yes its soooo worth it and suite ang room namin for 5 days, kung super normal lang sana un delivery ko, and ndi preterm si baby, like 2 days lang kami i think ndi aabot sa 50k ang total cash out namin. Dra Sia-Cu is my oby. W-F-Sat ang sched nya 8-10AM walk-in.
No regret para sa first ko. Next ko will definitely be in madoc and dra again.

Gave birth at Taytay Doctors. Okay ang experience ko with them. Mababait pa ang staff nila. Walang masungit na nurses. Two thumbs up pa ko sa OB ko. Our hospital bill was around 40k less Philhealth.

OB-ultrasound sya, kaya makakatipid ka din kada ultrasound. yun nga lang not sure if how much consultation fee nya dun. kasi kada pa ultrasound ko sa kanya dun sa PMP (in front of PGH), 500 singil nya sakin. kasama na yung ultrasound dun and checkup fee.
