Pool area venue in Q.C & makati

Looking for a venue for my daughter's first birthday. Its a swimming party, luau theme kaya yung mismong pool area sana ang need ko hindi function halls/rooms. Not too big & not too small, yung may enough space lang sa side ng pool for games, foods, 6-8 tables , face painting & photobooth. No clowns, no magicians etc. plan ko sana sa mga condominiums? Or kung clubhouses, yung pool area mismo, im not going to use the function halls. Same price din kaya? Private pools are pricey for me. Super tight budget kaya budget ko lang is 5k. :-( thank you so much! :-)
