share ko lang experience ni hubby sa cebu pacific. mura yong nakuha nyang roundtrip ticket pero sobrang nakaka-stress. yong sydney-manila on-time naman & nag-avail sya ng wifi pero uber bagal. pagdating sa T3 almost 1 hour pa sya bago nakalabas ng airport dahil konti lang immigration kaya mahaba pila.

yong manila-sydney ang nagkaprob. 12:15mn ang flight nya nong saturday. since friday ng gabi yon, inagahan namin sa airport para hindi kami matraffic. 9:00pm start na ng check-in, mahaba na kagad pila. after mga 10 pax natigil. 1 hour na hindi umaandar yong pila saka lang may nag-ikot na staff ng cebu pacific na down daw server ng australian embassy. 10:30 na nila naisip na mag-manual check-in, grabe ang tagal namin sa pila. 12mn na si hubby nakapag-check in. saka lang ako umuwi para makapagpahinga dahil sobrang antok na. pagdating ni hubby sa boarding gate ang tagal nya pang naghintay, 4:30 na nakaalis plane. super delayed ng 4 hours kaya affected din yong bus ticket na na-book nya pa-canberra. kahit mabagal yong wifi nag-avail uli sya para lang makapagrebook ng bus ticket nya. so ayun, buong araw si hubby nagtravel sobrang pagod

^Usually si PAL sumasabay sa peak season ang punuan ng flights.

Saan mas ok magpapalit ng money? Dito na or in Sydney pagdating namen? Meron kaming US $ na ipapapalit and meron din naman Pesos direcho to AUD or mas maganda kung USD to AUD na?

Also, ok ba kung mag withdraw ako sa ATM dun (BDO yung ATM ko) if let's say kulangin kame ng cash?

^dala ka na ng AUD sis.mahal magpapalit doon.pag magwwithdraw naman,sa experience ko pinakamura sa westpac.ibang banks kasi may extra charge pa bukod sa medyo mataas na rate.bpi nga pala ako sis.baka iba case pag bdo.

sis sachism, yong nasakyan ko nong april wala sis & worst nong pabalik kasi yong seat ko hindi rin gumagana kahit yong headset. so dapat may gadget ka para malibang man lang

buti naman oks ang byahe ng cebupac nung time ko papunta saka pauwi.. bago lang yung plane nila.. pero sana di nalng ako ng avail ng meals online..

hi all! we have finally bought our qantas flights sg sydney roundtrip..ito na ang pinakamura....masmura pa kesa sa scoot or jetstar....atleast hindi kame sa budget plane. I'm bringing my hubby and 3 yr old kid. Grabe sa sq nun...super mahal mga x3 ang price  Anyways, 13 days lang kame from dec 10 to 23.
may visa question ako mga sis and hope you can help me out.
1. hubby created an account online and he got his visa na and me too pero sa anak namin wala pa....almost 2 weeks na I called the sg office and they said na dahil nag-apply kame online only the online officer can answer my question. SO this lady gave me 2 email addressess and emailed them. Ang answer lang is yes my kid's visa is still valid then gave me a TRN (transaction reference number). Pero till now if I go online and click my kid's name and click "view grant letter" it says "the service is temporarily unavailable. please try again". Parang computer glitch ba. Has anyone of you experience this before? If bukas la pa rin I will chase it again.
Kakaiba lang coz sa amin ni hubby mabilis lang. We got email notification etc pero sa kid namin wala pa rin.

2nd question regarding itinerary:
2. Our friend is from Yass (2 hr drive 1 way from sydney daw). So I decided stay a few days and explore sydney then go to Yass coz sabi ng friend namin we can all drive going to Melbourne.
May I know if maynakagawa na dito ng Sydney itinerary? Halos lahat kase dito sa forum my friend or kamag-anak to assist them. Kame wala  I'm thinking kase to get a hotel, what's your recommended hotel sa Sydney then 2 to 3 days kame dun then punta sa Yass. May bus or train ba papunta dun? And how to go there?

Probably also planning to go one more state....Adelaide or Gold Coast? Laki kase sobra eh kaya kalito =)

3rd question:
Has anyone here tried chi chi cosmetics? I heard their lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes are good. Wala kaseng ganito sa sg and would love to buy one =)

Any help will be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Can your friend pick you up from Sydney on the way to Yass? There is a train or a bus from Sydney to Canberra, na malapit lang sa Yass. Sorry not really familiar with the regional areas of NSW. Go to http://www.transportnsw.info/en/travelling-with-us/regional.page? for train and bus info.

If you are going to the Gold Coast on December, there will be lots of teenagers on school vacations. Maingay and makakakita ka ng maraming lasing. Di lang naman teenagers nalalasing ng grabe but ingat na din kasi pag nalalasing grabe talaga.

I have not tried Chi Chi cosmetics, I think Myer is the only shop selling them but not sure. You can also go to Priceline for budget friendly cosmetics, skincare, etc. Australis, Models Prefer, Nude by Nature, Napoleon Perdis and Natio are the other Australian brands but marami pang iba. Maraming specials on December.

I super enjoyed my vacation in Sydney. Was there for 15 days and i was able to ride Cebupac stressfree. 20k RT ko tapos on gime naman lahat. Medyo yung legroom nga lang parang makipot but still matutulog lang naman sa plane. Siguro more than half ng plane yung occupied so yung iba, nakahiga kasi 3 seater naman so ayun nakahiga ako while reading a book nice weather naka light clothing lang ako and ankle boots, my times na naka sandals lang ako. Sa gabi maginaw so tama nga sabi ng friends ko, always bring jacket kasi abnormal ang weather. Malamig sa umaga, mainit sa tanghali malamig sa gabi.

I was able to watch Justin Timberlake in AllPhones Arena. Went also to Hillsong Church twice to attend their service and ayun andun sila Taya Smith. Normal lang sa iba but i was starstrucked. Iyak ako ng iyak sa worship service. I was able to see cherryblossoms as well in the botanical gardens and then went to Floriade for the tulip Festival. di na ako nakapunta sa blue mountain at snowy moutains. Sarap din mag train mag isa. May work kasi minsan mga kapatid ko so ayun my unlimited train ticket naman. Sarap mag shopping!! Dami outlets and ang mura mamili. Sabi kasi ng iba wag daw mag shopping pero siguro dinala ako sa mga mura kaya napa shopping ako La Perouse is nice also pang picnic and i saw a lot of couples doing their prenup there.
