^ naku didn't get to see the tour operator. Nagkataon lang na sabay kami sa isang stop nung nagroad trip kami.

So far, di ko pa naman naexperience madiscriminate everytime i visit melbourne, adelaide and sydney. Hindi yaaaaan. Push mo na ang oz trip! It would be fun!

Hello mga sis.  Its 10 deg celsius in melbourne.  May I know what you guys usually wear on daytime.  Does it rain that I need to buy raincoat?  then does it get sunny around noon?  I heard its 4 seasons down there.  Tips please on what we should wear.  Please bear in mind that the person is a typical filipino who is used to of our hot weather in Manila.  Thanks!

sis, my fiance is oz and marami na rin syang friends na oz na napakilala sa kin. masarap silang kasama and parang pinoy din, warm sila. gora na, sayang naman

sis xtine, aussies are generally friendly people. napakachikadora pramis. magsimula lang sa g'day at how are ya today? ayan na start na ng long conversation to follow. minsan kaw na susuko sa pagkachikadora nila.

Sa Victoria napaka-erratic ng weather, totoong 4 seasons sila in a day. kaya a lot of people have jackets on standby. worst pag windy pa.  so talagang dapat layering ka para madali magdagdag-bawas ng suot. kailan ulet travel date mo?   ang gondo gondo ng Great Ocean Road. we rode helicopter when we went there last time. you appreciate it more from a birds eye view.   

sis rocky, fave ko rin yung Pods.    pasalubong the usual chocolates like Cadbury sometimes you can get them on specials pati TimTams.

A friend just told me an hour ago to buy that local chocolates in AU, I thoughts its timtam or cadbury eh madami na dito nun.  I guess its Pods or Haigh.  I'll definitely look for those.
Just bought thick scarf from H&M to go with my Uniqlo Parka.  Hope its enough to handle the cold weather and hopefully the rain as well.  I am still having doubts though on my GOR operator kasi he told me that he'll make sure they have available driver as its winter daw on mid August (my visit).  I really don't want to have the last minute GOR tour kasi my flight SYD-MEL is on a friday midnight, no time to select for next day tour.

On them being racists, my friend also just told me that during her long stay (business trip) in AU, she never encountered any racism.  So I guess i'll just to keep an open mind about it.  I'm used to of chatting and conversing with other nationalities naman na friendly.

Also, mga sisses, can you help me if my two jackets below are fine (sorry for this.  Not sure if these are the appropriate melbourne cold attire on mid Aug)

ngayon ko lang start kainin yong cadburry na dala ni fiance. grabe, mas masarap nga sya kesa sa nabibili sa grocery, ang daming almonds. yon talaga ang gusto ko sa chocolates. usually kasi fruit and nuts na nabibili ko wala gaanong almonds puro raisin lang

^keri na siguro yan sis, may top ka pa naman siguro na pang ilalim. mag thermal undies ka pa to be sure. basta don't forget the scarf at boots at gloves. end of August officially end ng winter dito.

Pods are made by Mars (i think ang local equivalent nito sa Pinas ay Pillows) kaya readily available  in any groceries like Coles or Woolworths, even Big W or Target or any convenience stores.  I like the snickers and honeycomb ones. nauumay ako sa Pods Mars. sometimes they do have Pods cherry bites, mint slice and twix flavours. I never heard of Haigh, baka sa specialty store sya. and speaking of chocolate, try some Violet Crumble eto australian chocolate icon talaga. masarap din ito.

^Sayang, my friend can't remember the name of that local australian chocolate na masarap daw.  I want to buy kasi parang See's chocolates of San francisco city lang.
