^i did that already sis. kaso im still stuck on the iTunes logo on my screen. im so depressed ilang days na dead phone ko. last resort is to let the guys at Apple/mac center look at it. hayy how much kaya?

sis download ka lang ng itunes latest version sa pc then after install connect mu na iphone mu then once detected you can click restore  and itunes will lead you na.
that will fix your problem.

take note if you haven't saved a back up then it will fresh install the latest iOS'

I recently updated to ios6.1.2 at super nagsisisi ako. Ayaw na gumana ng wifi cinnection  namin sa house.I need to buy a new router daw.any recos?

^ Baka naman nagkataon lang na nasira yung router nyo nung nag-update ka. Hehe. Have you tried restoring the phone?

hi mga sis and bros. first time iphone user here... iphone5, that is. well di naman talaga 1st time. my cousin gave me her old iPhone3G before, kaya lang sa bagal, hindi ko masyado magamit. i got my iphone5 from globe last january. 28 days after i got it, nagkaroon ng problem w/ the camera (black screen, all screen options/buttons were not responsive), so had to bring it back to globe. after 10 days (and a LOOOT of follow-up sa globe), i got my replacement unit. sana wag na magloko ulit. 

pardon my ignorance po, i want to download Google Maps and Pandora Radio. kaya lang these application don't seem to appear when i search for them in the app store. i even tried to look for it in iTunes (within the iphone), kaya lang, more of music, movies, and podcasts yung lumalabas sa iTunes ko. any other way to download the two apps? TIA po sa replies!

Paano maka-connect sa globe supersurf50? Nagsubscribe ako tapos naka-receive ako ng confirmation na pasok ako. Pero hindi naman ako maka-connect sa internet?

^ sis you have to check your phone's network settings. call globe for assistance. make sure you have the right APN.

^ your sim must be lte enabled. LTE yung makikita mo beside the signal bar. Selected areas palang yung meron.

naku sis dapat nag research kana muna before updating your ios... Lalo na talaga ngayon ang ios 6 napakadaming bug... Search for reviews and feedbacks muna... Delikado ios 6 ang daming palpak, isa na nga diyan yung sa wifi see nagkaproblem ka... Mag hard reset ka sis.
Tapos mabilis mag drain din yata ang bat and some apps nagccrash...
Yung iba naman sa voice call nakaka experience ayaw mag handset palagi lang naka speaker...
So ayun... Share ko lang

^^thanks sis. Iba iba din pala mga sim akala ko kasi automatic na LTE llahat ng nano sim.
Siguro kaya hindi ako maka-connect sa supersurf kasi yung APN pala nitong phone ay post paid. Pinalitan ko ng pang prepaid kasi prepaid naman yung sim ko ngayon. So never mag 4G ang sim kapag hindi LTE capable?
