Cupcake and Cake Pop Makers

anyone who used either a cupcake maker or a cake pop maker? o saw the sunbeam brand on amazon and the reviews are good.

what cake mix do you use? pwede na yung mga betty crocker supermoist cake type? how about frosting?

i want to get sana in a couple of of months, may daughter willbe starting school in june and i thought it would be nice to make for her and with her.

if not sunbeam brand, what can you recommend that is locally available and how much is it?

parang may nakikita ako sa true value but not sure if sunbeam. will check out again when i get the chance.

you don't actually need the mold to make cakepops, just crumble in your cake and icing, mix, cool in fridge and then shape and dip!

But if you are looking for the molds, I saw a lot when I was in divisoria, silicon and metal molds. Was tempted to buy, they were only 200-400 pesos for a set!

oo nga, kahit wala ng mold makakagawa ka naman ng cake pops.

katulad ng sabi ni khriseeee, crumble ko din yung cake, lagyan mo ng frosting para mag stick sila. pero, ishe-shape ko na din agad yan, atsaka ko iku-cool before dipping, then cool ulit.

Actually, i'm more interested in the cupcake maker. Plus kasi mas madali with this kasi no need to use th oven so wala nang pre-heat pa.

may nakita akong cupcake maker sa fullerlife (formerly sara lee) na brochure. ibibili sana ako ng mom ko kaso kinontra ko kasi wala na kako ako mapaglagyan sa house.

ang feedback with the electric cake pop maker is hindi siya gaano dumidikit sa lolly sticks. better pa daw if you mold it by hand or use the molds na nilalagay sa oven. nice the electric cupcake maker because it has a timer that turns off after the cupcakes are baked and they are nice for kids since maliit lang siya hindi sila gaano takot na baka sila mapaso unlike sa oven. also nice siya gamitin for a cupcake party for a small group kase kahit nasa table ok lang siya  ( just make sure it's safe and ingat lang sa heat ) so kids do no crowd in the kitchen

nakakita ako kahapon ng Cupcake & Cake pops maker sa Lakeland. cute din, comes in light blue & pink. 6cups nga lang siya. meron din Mini Cupcake maker. 

pwede siguro yan kung dadalin mo sa party or any event, at dun ka na gumawa ng cupcakes. haha! konting bitbit nalang ng ibang gamit for ingredients and baking utensils.

i am using a babycakes cake pop maker, so far happy ako sa results. just had a hard time buying the transformer ... maya brownie mix yung gamit ko for cake pops... :-)

hi sis! meron ako babycakes cake pop maker and nabili ko for 3k wala pa transformer yun.

Worth it naman sis especially kung may mga occasions, like yan sa b-day ng mga kids, pwede ring gifts(arrange u lang para presentable) .actually pag nag eenjoy ka na gumawa ng cake pops hindi mo na sis maiisip na mahirap. you can make naman yung mga simple design lang muna like mga sprinkles and various coating style.

Advise lang sis if cake pops lang gusto mo gawin you buy the cake pop maker, pero kung meron ka pa ibang gusto i bake (like cupcakes, cake etc)  better buy a mini oven. base from experience sis  kasi makakagawa ka rin nman ng cake pops using oven.

^ i will sis. excited na nga ako. i was looking at wilton stuff at gourdo's last weekend. my daunghter's school encourages working in the kitchen with the child - the highly recommend cooking and baking that's why i decided to get this din.

^^ that was what i planned to get originally. i saw it sa FB but for 1,500 that can only make mini cupcakes, i opted for the bakery bites express because it's 4 in 1. you can make brownies, cookies, cupcakes and bundt cakes with it. but that smart planet has good reviews din sa amazon. not bad na din for the price, imo.

^ Thanks sis! i got the smart planet mini cupcake maker na. okay naman sya, super sulit na for its price. Daming beses ko na nakagawa ng cupcakes. Nakakatuwa. Feeling ko nasulit ko na agad yung 1500 ko. Tapos, hindi naman kasi talaga ko marunong mag bake, so pwede na to sa katulad ko. Yun nga lang mini cupcakes lang talaga, and tiis sa tagal kapag madami ka gagawin kasi 7 mini cupcakes lang per batch ang naluluto.
