^I use this to lighten my pimple marks. I posted a how to on my blog. Regarding the effect, i can say na with time it can lighten the scars din naman. In my case I saw the effect siguro around the second week. I do this twice a week. Fresh batch palagi.

i buy mine at SM grocery and at South Supermarket. Usually sa aisle for baking needs nga, katabi ng mga cornstarch, flour, etc.

^sis sa experience ko, yung mga patubo pa lang na maliliit na pimples hindi na tumutuloy. sa mga tumubo naman na pimples, mabilis sya mag dry.

I tried this baking soda because of GT.
Twice a week ko ginagamit as a body scrub. Sa gabi ko yun ginagawa then pag gising sa umaga, sobrang soft nga ng skin. Binabad ko rin yung paa ko sa baking soda solution, feeling para akong nagpa-foot spa.

Next time, I will try mixing it with lemon or maybe oatmeal.

Ako I use it sa face everyday as advised nung Iba dito sa thread. What I do, wash my face first with soap then ayun na apply baking soda then leave it mga 1-2mins. Soft skin talaga at nakaka lessen ng pagiging oiliness kasi super oily din ako

Bought baking soda last night at SM supermarket, haha, excited! naglagay me sa empty johnsons powder container, para yun ang gagawing kong powder if mainit, stock sa office

As much as i want to use this everyday cause it really leaves my skin glowing, twice a week ko lang ginagawa. I tried mixing this with my cleanser and used it everyday but it made my skin raw so twice a week ko na lang ginagamit. I love mixing it with my shampoo,too. The volume it gives my hair is really pretty.

I mix equal parts of baking soda and water. I use it to cleanse my ua from deo residues. Ok sya! I do ot once a week lang:)

Used baking soda to get rid of dandruff! Mixed with my shampoo... Super duper effective... But! Not for keratin treated hair because well, baking soda is sodium chloride!

Oh wow, sayang ngayon ko lang nabasa, nag expire lang baking soda ko kasi di na ako nakapagbake for a month so tinapon ko lang. Ok lang ba kahit expired na? The one I bought kasi once you open it, 1 month lang shelf life nya.

Its very drying. Okay siya for oily skin like me. But when i apply it on my face, i make sure that i dont apply
it in thin skinned area like around my eyes and mouth. Sa cheeks, forehead and nose area lang.

What do you mean that keratin treated hair cannot be used with baking soda? I use the ironic keratin treatment from Mondes.

^ mag backread ka sis, sabi nga nila pag naglagay ka daw make sure na u will use loads of conditioner din kasi un nga ang mangyayari maninigas hair mo :-)
