Pano sis, parang substitute ng facial wash? Di ba siya sobrang nakaka dry ng face?

twice a week lang ako naggaganito... todo banlaw para walang maiwan na puti puti. then maglagay ng moisturizer para pag gising ng umaga.. ganda!

i just discovered this home remedy around christmas, after a lot of youtube videos and lot of write ups from net. this is what i did:

1. Daily Facial wash with this, use it after a natural soap, I did this less than 2 minutes on my face since I set that I would use it daily, if you would use it weeekly then up to 15 minutes maybe you can stay it on the face.

-Lesser Oil, wala na halos ako white heads, pero di nya matanggal ang black heads... dunno why... and super smooth. kaso nag dry ang chin area and mouth area ko so nistop ko totally. Balik ako after ma revive ang dryness.


2. I also apply it to my body, daily, since I really dont find it harsh on my skin, around 3 minutes daily... and I get itches everywhere.. so I stop as well... so please do no imitate what I did. :S

3. I would really love to try it on my teeth, pero naka brace ako.. kaya di pwede since it would leave yung kinabitan ng braces na dilaw... so matagal pa bago ko matry.. hehe


--- It is really cheap, I think if you would used it weekly then it would be superb, honestly I used it as pamalit with my Yoko spa milk salt hehe ...

-oil stain remover. Nakakainis pag natalsikan ng mantika ang damit mo, kahit anong laba di nawawala. Hanggang sa nabasa ko na pwede mong gamitin ang baking soda para matanggal sya.

@ Vans sis, kahit matagal na yung oil stain sa damit effective pa rin ba yung baking soda pantanggal? i have shirt kasi at kahit anong kusot ko ayaw mawala nung oil stain.

^ same question sis, tagal ng may oil stain ang fave blouse ko, kahit sa laundry shop di nila natatanggal ang stain

I use this as facial and ua scrub. Minsan mix ko din sa toothpaste pang whiten ng teeth pero mejo masama lasa kaya minsan ko lang ginagawa

@ andreil_19 and pretty empress: Yun blouse mga halos 6mons na di ko magamit, natanggal yun stain kaso ilang beses ko rin nilagyan ng baking soda yun.

Ang ginawa ko: binasa ko muna yun part na may stain tas nilagyan ko ng baking soda, kusot ng onti, left it overnight, then rinse. Napansin ko paliit ng paliit yun stain kaya pinagchagaan kong ulit-ulitin - hanggang sa nawala

Pag bago yun stain, kinukusot ko sya with baking soda tas itcha sa washing machine. I also put around 1/2cup of baking soda in my laundry load.

May I add that baking soda can also be used as a cheap yet effective dry shampoo.

Pano mo sya ginagamit as dry shampoo, sis? Sa spritzer? Ano yung solution?

Super useful talaga ng baking soda kaya kilo kilo ang stock ko nito sa bahay. Ginagamit ko ito pag naglalaba ng mga puting damit sa washing machine, panglinis ng mga stainless kong kaldero - once a week kinukuskos ng maid ko ang mga kaldero ko inside out with baking soda kaya lahat ng kaldero ko kahit ilang years na eh mukhang bago pa rin at makintab, pati sa mga stainless sink saka sa faucet and shower heads ng cr ito din panglinis ko para makintab, once or twice a week pag pangtoothbrush ko din ito - after putting toothpaste sa toothbrush ko, dip ko sya sa baking soda then brush. Kaya nung nagpunta kami sa dentist para magpaprophylaxis sabi ng dentist ang linis pa daw ng teeth ko compared kay hubby (kahit 2 years na since nung last prophylaxis namin). Kay happy ako kay baking soda talaga love ko sya lol!

U can use it to wash your body and you won't have any smell during the day! Others use it to was their outer private areas.

Mga sisses ang dami talaga help ng baking soda no? Pano niyo siya ginagamit sa UA? How do you make a paste. I bought Ferna baking soda. Okay ba to. di ko kasi alam saan ba dapat mag buy ng baking soda. I'm planning to use it in my ua and thigh  using baking soda + lemon juice/calamansi + sunflower oil and babad ko for a while. I'll give it a try.

i read before using baking soda as toothpaste medyo strong sa mouth and gums kaya di ito suggested to use daily.

^ ako gamit ko yung arm and hammer, maganda siya. i use it as facial mask saka pang whiten teeth, saka sa ua din, maganda talaga ang baking soda, i've been using it long time na, home remedy siya talaga, lalo for big pimples, mix with water lang na kaunti until you get a consistensy na parang toothpaste then use it na
