i wanna try using baking soda soon. pwede ko kaya sya i-mix sa Sunflower oil ng Human nature to make a paste and use it as exfoliant sa face and UA. hmmm masubukan nga.

i've tried using baking soda, diluted with water ginawa ko as hand wash, nag smooth yung hands ko, then tried it sa face, pero nag dry.

I use baking soda as stand alone toothpaste.  Minsan naman binubudbud ko sa toothpaste na gagamitin ko.  I also use baking soda as a facial scrub, either stand alone (mix with water to make a paste) or hinahalo ko sa facial scrub ko for that extra grainy feel.

I also use this pala as body scrub and mix with my favorite body wash pag kapos sa budget .  May I add that baking soda can also be used as a cheap yet effective dry shampoo.

^What I do is doon na mismo sa shower ako nagmi-mix.  I will lather on body wash and then scoop some baking soda and scrub away.

Mga sis. Just watched Etcetera 3 on etc now. They taught how you could use baking soda on your face.

You need:

2 tablespoons of oats (acts as a scrub and exfoliate your skin)
1 tablespoon of baking soda
luke warm water

According to Kim Jones:
 
1st: Mix the ingredients, just pour small amount of water basta you should come up with a paste-like mixture

2nd: Clean/Wash your face with the luke warm water

3rd: You apply the mixture on your face gently in a circular motion

4th: Wait for 5 minutes

5th: Rinse!

Di nawawala sa pantry namin ang baking soda. Ginagamit ko sya palagi.

-Face Scrub (mix it with a bit of water to make a paste. mas effective sya kesa sa mga commercial facial scrubs, mura pa)
-Teeth whitener (sa akin once a month lang. na try ko sya everyday, di maganda effect sa akin - naging sensitive masaydo yun ngipin ko)
-Pangtangal ng sebo sa mga huhugasin, at kitchen counter.
-oil stain remover. Nakakainis pag natalsikan ng mantika ang damit mo, kahit anong laba di nawawala. Hanggang sa nabasa ko na pwede mong gamitin ang baking soda para matanggal sya.
-deodorizer ng cabinet, basuharan, refrigerator or any enclosed space.

what i do sis is that i mix the soda with water to make a paste tapos rub rub lang sa hair and scalp then yun ACV nasa atomizer sya with water. i spray my hair after i rub rub with baking soda tapos rinse then conditioner na after. skip the shampoo.

As in plain baking soda tas i-scrub mo lang sa teeth with what sis?

Tried this last night and this morning sa face ko. What I did was, facial wash muna (Ponds or whatever), then before ko i-rinse naglagay ako ng baking soda (parang facial scrub). Konting lathering sa face. Then tsaka ko ni-rinse off. So far, napansin ko na nabawasan ang oiliness ng face ko.. Will try to do this everytime maghilamos ako, or maybe kahit once a day.

This morning din, i tried using baking soda as body scrub. While showering, after ko magsabon sa katawan, i then used baking soda as scrub. Since may sabon na katawan ko, di sya mahapdi at mas mabilis i-scrub sa body. Then tsaka ako nag-rinse. Ok sya, smoother skin, parang ka na din nagpa-scrub sa spa, hehe.. I plan to do this once a week body scrubbing. Once a week lang balak ko kasi baka sumobrang dry naman skin ko if everyday ko gawin.

Tonight, itry ko naman as "toothpaste". Then sa weekend, balak ko gumawa ng baking soda + kalamansi juice paste for underarm whitening. Me nakapangbanggit dito sa GT na ilagay daw yung paste sa dry underarm then iwan for 10mins before i-rinse. Sana tama naalala ko, hehe.. At sana effective nga pampaputi ng underarm.

Nakaka-whiten talaga ng teeth ang baking soda.. Kaso nakaka tanggal din siya ng pasta sa ngipin. Kaya ko siya inistop.

After ko mag-toothbrush, while I still have toothpaste sa mouth ko naglalagay ako ng baking soda sa toothbrush ko then binabrush ko sa teeth ko.. Then gargle na after.  Makinis siya sa ngipin, parang super linis talaga ng teeth mo after.
