I'm curious about the effect of this baking soda. I havent use this, but im planning to. Anyway i make this thread to list down the miracles done by Baking soda and share your experiences about this product. I've read many positive reviews about this. Its one of the cheapest effective product used by many.

sa body yeah so-so lang pagkasmooth niya after mo magscrub
pero sa face ko suuper smooth talaga sis

Well I've read na nakakawhiten siya ng teeth. Nakaka-dry up ng pimple marks and nakakawhiten ng underarms. but i dont know how e

alam ko sa teeth, you use it as a sub for toothpaste. But you have to make sure na you wash it out completely after brushing.

once in a while lang gagamitin ata. may dentist ba dito to confirm?

alam ko nga nakakatanggal daw to nung pasma, yung nagpapawis na palad.

Regarding sa use nito sa face, nakaka-minimize daw 'to ng pores at the same time nalilinis din. Maybe that's why you'll have a smoother face after using it. I haven't tried it pero I'm hoping to hear from those who have tried this one on face before.

pang bleach kase sya, imix nyo sya with  lemn juice before you brush teeth -> to be done once a week. same concoction for body scrub and bleach din and after banlaw ang sarap hawakan ng skin. di ko ginamit sa face kase baka kung ano mangyare sensitive kase face ko. as for the effects, di ko nakita kase super tamad ako to do this regularly.

sa teeth naman, once a week. i scrub lang sa teeth ko after brushing it then rinse. instant whitening!

As in plain baking soda tas i-scrub mo lang sa teeth with what sis?

^ ako sis 1tsp baking soda + 1 tabo ng water + 1tsp shampoo = clarifying shampoo. Follow by lots of conditioner.

Winner yan sis lalo na pag super greasy na ng buhok ko na kahit ilang banlaw ng water pagkatuyo greasy parin. Take in mind na sobrang tigas ng hair right after using this kaya dapat mag-conditioner kasi di nyo masusuklay if hindi magconditioner.

i used this before sa face... yes maganda siya, kakatighten ng pores and kakatanggal ng whiteheads. di ko na lang nagagawa ulet kasi wala ako mabilhan ng baking soda.
