Jogging pants, dri fit shirt, socks, rubber shoes, sports bra yung workout attire ko. Noon cotton shirt at jogging pants yung usual outfit ko. Pero nabasa ko kasi na kailangan na magsuot ng sports bra or else mag sag yung breast.

Ayaw ko yung sports bra na mahirap suotin. Jockey and bench yung current sports bra na gamit ko. Ok naman yung support ng jockey, yung nakuha ko yung style na may hook sa likod para madaling isuot ito yung almost 900 pesos. Yung sa bench yung kinuha ko yung 84% nylon and 16% spandex, 329.75 pesos lang yun. So far comfortable naman yung jockey at bench na sports bra. I tried fitting others brands pero parang wala namang support na binibigay.

Cotton shirt, sports bra, shorts and trainers. If winter time, I switch to jogging pants and maybe throw in a hoodie.

^bought my leggings and sports bra from pink salmon. okay ang fit sa akin, yan na uniform ko when boxing yun shirt ko na lang paiba-iba.

2 years ago when I started working out, I did a major work out gear shopping at Nike and Adidas -- sneakers, shorts, yoga capris, sports bras. Mga tank tops kung san san ko lang binibili but there is a Nike outlet store near our place na mura mga tank tops nila. Late last year, I bought another cross trainers, nakaka-addict din pala mga sneakers. I used to maintain just 1 pair lang for running pero when I developed plantar fasciitis, I needed more sneakers na for better arch support.

Sa gym near my place (I personally call it the Aluminum Gym) puro local guys ang nage-exercise. Kung ano-ano ang pormahan:
1) Basketball jersey at shorts
2) shirt
3) sando
4) sando at boxers (yes, ganun ka-at home)

Since local gym siya at sobrang maliit lang, karaniwan naka-tsinelas lang ako pag nagbubuhat. But the place has the basic necessities I need para makapagbuhat ng maayos, got no complaints.

**I pay 30 pesos per session with free use of the water dispenser. Can't complain.

Pa-join sissies. Addict ako dito lately. Yung pay ko, dito na punta, kaka-sad. Got to have self-control na hindi bumili haha. Mostly sports bra, running shorts, and tank tops [textspeak!] binili ko. Ngayon naman, I'm looking at Nike drifit t-shirts and leggings. Dayummmm...

My gym and running outfits are mostly Nike. Tank tops from Cotton On. I've been browsing pinksalmonclothing on IG, might try their leggings sa payday. Lol

^ You should try pinksalmon sis. Their leggings are very comfy, feels like wala akong sinu-suot, love the prints din. Maganda din support ng sports bra nila. I use it for running, training, and even HIIT cardio.

i wear leggings din kasi ang laki ng hita ko eh haha naiirita ko pag nakashorts ako tapos nakikita ko [textspeak!] legs ko sa mirror tapos anlaki. hahaha Got my leggings, shorts, tanks and sports bra from pinksalmon and beamazing. Pero ngayon sa pinksalmon na ko halos laging nagsshop kasi mas mura sakanila compared sa beAmazing.

^ oo sis, super pricey si beamazing, halos times 2 price nya compared sa pink salmon. although mas nagagandahan ako sa printed fabrics ng beamazing. magkano bili mo sa leggings sis? and sa viber ka nag-oorder sa beamazing? yung contact person kase nila sa fb, nakaka turn off. papa fillupin ka ng order form after every question. atat na atat ang dating.

^ and ^^ is the sizing of pinksalmon quite bigger than the usual? Parang mej malaki kasi based on the dimensions they post on their IG account. If ever I bought the wrong size, would I be able to exchange it kaya?

@artificialstar yes sis sa viber. 850 yung leggings, 500 ang shorts at tank top lol pinatos ko kahit mahal kasi gusto ko yung designs hahaha buti nalang super comfy nila! Kahit mainit panahon okay lang! Yun lang bilis nilang maubusan ng size. Sa pinksalmon 450 -480 depende sa design ng leggings Pero usually set ang binibili ko. Terno sportsbra and tank. Sulit! Comfy din sila!!!

@ohcmon parangs same lang ng size yung nabili ko sa pinksalmon at beamaz1ng. Yun lang parang medyo masmahaba yung full leggings ng pinksalmon compared sa beamazing, pero hindi naman ganon kasignificant yung size difference kaya okay lang.

Yes sis, makapal din parang pinksalmon, parang mas makapal nga ata yung fabric ng leggings ko sa bemazing parang may cotton feel compared yung nakuha ko sa pinksalmon. Though pareho silang comfy at hindi mainit!
