Do you guys monitor your Body Fat, etc and what do you use?

I wanna buy kasi the "Phyliss Ultra Slim Body Analyzer PBA 311B" but I'm not sure how accurate it is. Or the step tracker sana. Thanks! :)

mga sis meron ba sa inyong gumagamit ng Heart Rate Monitor para ma-track kung ilan na yung na buburn na calories, tyaka yung iba nakikita ko kung ilan steps na den yung nagagawa... I'm thinking kung anung mas maganda bilhin between: Garmin or Suunto??

Me sis meron ako and ito gamit ko:

about sa accuracy hmm I'm sure hindi naman exact na as in exact, pero at least may estimate ka always.

Plan ko buy ito: Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker hehe siguro pag may extra cash. :)

For general activity tracker like steps taken, sleep pattern, calories burned, etc I use Fitbit Flex, (my friends use UP Jawbone bit pricey so  I opted to buy cheaper one hehe)..
http://www.fitbit.com/hk/flex

For detailed fitness tracker and actual workout, Im using Polar RS300x watch and  HRM chest belt with footpod for running
http://www.polar.com/us-en/products/improve_fitness/running_multisport/RS300X

Im satisfied with my gadgets, makes me well aware of how my day went and  gets me focused on my fitness goals  ;D

I use a Zephyr Heart Rate monitor while hiking and riding my bike.

Just got a Misfit shine for a daily fitness and sleep tracker.  Wanted something simple and sleek, I like that it tells the time too.

I have a fitbit tracker that I used to sync pa with my phone and MyFitnessPal. However I quit using this because I do not find it to be too accurate especially is you ride the car a lot, sometimes it gets logged in as "steps"

On the other hand, I love my heart rate monitor for working out! I get to see exactly how many calories I burned.

^Hello I use a Suunto heart rate monitor. I like it because it looks like a regular watch. OK din Polar, but its so obvious that its a heart rate monitor.

Where to buy Polar in metro manila? Everytime I see body transformation pictures in IG, Polar yung brand nakikita ko. Gusto ko rin sana ng calorie counter para I have an idea how many calories I burn every work out. Heart monitor talaga siya and added feature lang ang calorie counter?

gil12: almost all heart rate monitors will have a calories burned feature. You can get a Polar heart rate monitor in Planet Sports I think, and Suunto is available in Time Depot. Polar is very user friendly but I prefer Suunto as they look like regular watches, while Polar really looks like a heart rate monitor.

As for trackers, I have a fitbit one. But I havent been using it as I dont find it too accurate anyway. I just rely on the pedometer built in my smartphone hehe

Ohh, so Fitbit is not accurate pala. I'm still on the lookout for a fitness tracker and I've chanced upon Fitbit.

I found the pedometer in my iPhone 6+ to be really accurate. Nakakatuwa. I check now and then how many kilometers I've walked, how many flights of stairs I've climbed. Reminder din to keep on moving. Pero hindi naman pwedeng laging nakadikit sa akin ang phone ko, especially when I'm at work.

So I really gotta find a good fitness tracker. :) My husband suggested Garmin VivoFit and VivoSmart.

Any feedback on the Misfit, especially in terms of its accuracy? :)

Just received my Garmin Fenix 3 HR.  Planning to use it as an everyday watch for the next few weeks.  I will mainly use it for hiking and looking forward to using the built in GPS/GLONASS.

I use fitbit charge HR and Polar ft7. I wear the fitbit regularly and the polar for when I'm running or working out. Ok naman ang polar but it sometimes can't detect the heart rate monitor, especially if you're doing high intensity workouts.  nakaka stress lang

^That happens to my suunto also. I have a fitbit charge HR also but I still need a heart rate monitor when I exercise. I notice the fitbit takes time to register my heartrate, while the heartrate monitor provides instantaneous readings. This is important to me especially when I am working out and am on the brink of my maximum heart limit.

Wrist based HRMs don't work well in certain types of activity.
I use my Garmin Vivosmart HR everyday and my Fenix 3 HR when I hike.
