Been getting Happiemeals from Gourmade PH for the past few weeks. So far, so good.

Delivery is extremely reliable, which is the most important thing for me. Delivered well before 6am. I have no complaints about the food, although to be honest, hindi naman ako picky eater and I can barely cook.

I am also not dieting - my main reason for ordering is I just want to eat healthy food, with no hassle. Parang paglalaba and paglilinis ng bahay - di na dapat iniisip pa. They are a waste of energy and time.

I've tried everything from batch cooking 2x a week tapos freezing. I've tried having regular resto stuff delivered every night (e.g. Subway, Max's etc..) pero lahat yun super hassle, masayang sa oras, and can get relatively pricey. Short of having your own cook, I think these diet delivery programs are the best compromise - as long as they are reliable in delivery.

Hi! I heard about this diet program thing and I really got curious about this. It's been three months na since I started cutting my carbs. I also do regular exercises. Weird pero parang walang nangyayari.

Sabi ng friend ko meron P1,800/week pero she forgot the name daw. 5 meals per day inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 light snacks. Familiar ba kayo? It doesn't have to be that specific brand I'm looking for. Basta around that budget siguro with 5 meals per day. :)

Thanks!

I never tried other Diet Program other than Plan Eat. Simula last November, Plan Eat na talaga ako. Hindi pa naman ako nagsasawa sa food nila kase variety din talaga. Dahil din siguro mura din talaga siya. Only 1,300 per week so sulit na sulit for me. Sometimes I want to try other food delivery pero masyado na ako na-hook sa food ng plan eat. Saka nga kase mura :D

For the weight naman, I'm not trying to lose weight naman din kase. Gusto ko lang i-maintain (under 60 kg) so far di naman ako lumaki. Plus I love na nasanay ako sa small portions at feeling ko hindi ko nade-deprive ang sarili ko.

Nastuck kasi ko sa 142lbs even with exercise kasi I lost 10lbs already prior to this. So I tried Plan:Eat for 3 weeks. Helped me past with my weight loss plateau. I've lost 6lbs with exercise. :) Masarap food and snacks though minsan feeling ko bitin kasi nga small portions. Haven't tried other diet delivery so I can't compare kung pareho ang portions or mas kaunti. But the good side is, natuto ko mag portion control lalo na kapag cheat day at madali na ako mabusog. Plus, di limited sa healthy food yung binibigay nila.

I tried na Lunchbox Diet (Instagram: lunchboxdietph) Its 1700 per week (5 days) for 1200 calories free delivery 3 meals and 2 snacks. You can see the weekly menu' in their instagram. Im not naman dieting but its more of a healthy eating.

For this week, will try naman Healty Foodie Manila (instagram: healthyfoodiemanila). Its more expensive but their menu looks good. They are charging 1850 per week + delivery charge of 80.  They also have 550 per day free delivery charge. Hoping its worth it.

2nd day with Lunchbox diet.
Turn off ako sa unang snack ko yesterday, sky flakes!?! 😢
Since pinapalitan ko yung meat variants ko to fish and chicken. Pansin ko lang yung dinner ko yesterday which is white fillet ganun din today, iba lang ang sauce. :-( atleast sana tilapia or bangus naman. Switching to a different diet delivery next week or baka magDIY nalang muna ako ulet.

After Lunchbox, ngswitch ako sa Daily's Diet Delivery.. So far after 2 weeks of diet delivery I lost 8.1 lbs with exercise (2-4x a week, 30mins-40mins).

My review with Daily's Diet Delivery, most of the foods taste great, parang di ako on a diet! ahaha! ang downside lang feel ko their food is more than 1200 calorie a day.. they can't even provide you the calories per meal.. ang tagal din nila magreply, kahit nakikita mo sa FB na "seen" na.. you need to follow-up pa sometimes.

Hi girls! Just wanted to share what I have already tried

-Plan:eat :I tried the 1500 calorie plan , so far it's the best service I have tried , the only reason why I had to stop was because they could only deliver at 330am . Ang weird no? I asked Kung pwede night before they said they can't.

-food print : the cheapest of them all , but I was always hungry thoughout the day .

-diet buddy : I used to love diet buddy so much . But then their snacks went from really good , to just plain crackers once or twice a week. Minsan young breakfast half an egg lang ata and A piece of bread lang so I felt my 1700 wasn't stretched out effectively

-sexy chef healthy bentos : they only deliver lunch and dinner so I have to spend extra for breakfast. For a person who doesn't earn too much , this might affect your budget allotted for food

-delicious diet : this is the one I'm doing now , not bad for 1800 , although there are times the breakfast meals are bitin

Because of this thread I discovered dear diet. Will try that naman next week :)

I tried boodlebox before. For me, hit and miss yung food nila eh.

Sometimes such promos / marketing strategies really do work. ahahaha.

Can't wait to see yung meals ko  ;D

I'm on my second week of Lunchbox Diet and I have no complaints so far. I suppose medyo pricey siya compared to others na 1500 below kaya pagisipan ko pa talaga if mag avail ako uli.

I've been subscribed to Delicious Diet since the year started and I'm satisfied with their service. Yung food, hit and miss pero mas madami ang hits. What I like about them also is they don't give crackers for snacks (not unlike all the other diet deliveries I've tried, seriously nakakaasar yun). They reply to queries and requests fast and they're accommodating also. I'm probably one of the pinakamakulit na customers nila, I requested na laging tea na lang and no coffee kasi nagmmigraine ako sa coffee, I requested to change the delivery address and schedule a couple of times and they accommodate me naman. The rate is P1,800 per week but if you subscribe for the whole month, you get it at a discounted rate of P6,700 for the month. They deliver breakfast, lunch, dinner, 1 snack and coffee/tea. And oh, I always look forward to snack time! :)
