Hi mga sis!  I hope everyone received their units already. I used the discount coupons to purchase casing  and powerbank at beyond the box. Big savings din.

^still waiting for delivery of my 2nd unit. Gateway GBC gave me discounts GCs for casings and powerbank yesterday when I came back to complain that my 2nd unit did not arrive. Yung nakuha kong GCs when I picked up my unit sa kanila nung Friday, ang binigay nila are discount vouchers for casings para sa iphone 5. Tsk tsk. So yesterday while complaining, they gave me GCs for casings applicable for iphone 6 and mga Discount from Sugarhouse and etc. Ang kuripot nga ng freebies to think na ako pa ang 1st claimant ng branch nila last Friday.
Im crossing my fingers that we get to receive the other unit today. May delivery daw ngayon kahit na Sunday. We got an apology SMS advising that unit will be delivered in 2 days + 1 month waived MSF

XDE called us up nung nasa bahay na namin siya unfortunately wala kami. Umuwi kami agad and buti within Sikatuna area pa siya so nabalikan niya kami. Panatag na loob ko. BF now has his Iphone 6 Plus16gb Space Grey.  on the way na kami sa Greenhills para mabilhan ng screen protector and Ballistic casing from Beyond the Box. Magagamit din ang mga discount given.

Di ko nagamit discount coupon kasi for 5S. When i went to Globe to complain, yun daw talaga pinapamigay nila. Try ko nalang daw pakiusapan si Beyond The Box. Pffft!!! Walang kwenta. So wala ring use saken.

Yung 2nd unit nadeliver yesterday ng hapon. Air22 na nagdeliver.

I'm glad that all of us received our units already. Pero madaya parin kasi hindi pare pareho mga freebies nila. Ako kasi i got the discount vouchers for casings for both iphone 5s and iphone 6. Separate vouchers sila then meron din yung sa sugarhouse, otterbox, etc. ang gulo talaga nila! But at least nasa atin na unit natin.

^Same freebies tayo sis. At the same time, I got a Globe tumbler too. May umbrella and notebook din sa iba. Gusto sana yung malaking umbrella para ilalagay ko sa car ko hehe.

Mga sis, ask ko lang, yung plan ba na kinuha nyo for your iPhones are data plan? Pano kung yung gusto ko is yung plain peso equivalent lang? Yung all in plan ba yun? Pwede ba yun sa iPhone 6 or note4? Sorry, now palang ako mag try ng post paid kasi.

So sad limited pa lang casings for IP6+. BF got Ballistic tough jacket. Gusto sana namin yung explorer kaso pang IP6 lang. Nung nakuha ko yung unit ko by pick up may pa spin a prize sa GBC all I got was a pouch.

Placed an order for an iPhone 6 na sa hotline nila kagabi. Waited for 30 minutes to speak to an agent, mukhang super daming nagpaparecontract. Went to the store to personally recontract, but they advised me na lahat daw ng recontracting ay sa hotline pinapadaan.

At most 10 working days daw for the phone to be picked up. Hopefully wala namang delays.

I'm still waiting for the reversal of the first charge on my credit card. 7th business day na tomorrow but wala pa din. Will follow na sa Globe Business Center.

I was out of the country last week but the rep from Gateway sent us an email asking for my credit card number and expiry date --  in process pa rin yung reversal nung straight charge ko sa kanila.

Has anyone noticed na ang bagal ng data ng Globe ngayon? Hindi ko masulit yung data plan ko!

Continuous pa rin 'yun sis, no changes sa plan mo kung 'di ka magpaparecontract. That's what I've been doing for the past 4 years.

Ngayon lang ako nagparecontract because I wanted the iPhone 6, hehe.

^^naka unli ka ba sis? akala ko ako lang nakapansin na mabagal ang data plan ng globe. and from 2gb before 1gb na lang ang limit nila per day.

24hours naka on ang internet ko sa phone. sometimes if mabagal i off ko cellular data then on ko ulit. minsan bumibilis minsan same pa din. parang nandadaya na yung globe kasi unlimited data nila is not unlimited and too slow.

^ah 5Gb data cap mo. if you reached the 5gb you will be charged P2 per kb. pero may anti shock naman daw. pag nag reach na ng p1500 ititigil na nila yung cellular data altogether.

ang kinakainis ko sa globe bakit hindi nila nililinaw na ang 3Gb or 5gb or 10Gb nila is pang entire month na. like kanina i reached my 1GB a day and may text sila saying na i can upgrade to 5gb a month for P999. does it mean 5GB a day? when i did my research i found out na 5GB for the entire month. so mas konti pa pala yun e anong upgrade dun?

i just read about the new globe plans sa yugatech blog saying na wala nang unli data ang globe and i also read about the comments halos lahat naasar sa globe kasi mabagal and they hate the FUP (fair use policy) ng globe

smart on the other hand meron silang unli LTE plan, on top of your plan you can add P995 for unli LTE and exempted na sa fair use policy. meaning wala nang limit. pati daw head ng yugatech nag switch na sa smart.

I thought the point of capping the data plan is to prevent FUP implementation?

I downloaded an app that measures my data usage. I'm not sure how accurate it is but at least I'll have some estimate as to how far I'm already at in terms of usage. When I'm at home though, I turn my data plan off and that's when I download the episodes of the series I watch.

the capping of data plan daw is to be more transparent sa mga subscribers kasi yung unli data daw is 3GB lang a month. how true e 1GB a day nga after that transfer ka na nila sa 2gb from 3g or LTE.

bakit nga kasi hindi pa nila papasukin yung ibang telecom companies dito. ang alam ko nagbabayad ang globe and smart ng malaki para huwag makapasok yung ibang company. sa hongkong kasi madami silang telecom company and nung kumuha ako ng prepaid sim doon unli data is 5GB per day. super bilis ng internet nila grabe. nag share pa kame nun ng friend ko ako ang hotspot. super bilis pa din. dito nakakainis parang dial up. parang we are going backwards e porket alam ng globe na madaming may kailangan ng internet sa phone nila.
