Hindi naman ba nadedelay ang globe sa delivery? Nov 14 talaga natin marereceive yung unit? It's my first time to pre-order from globe kasi so have no idea. Thanks.

First time ko din to order ng launch nila mismo. Sa iphone 5 kase nag-wait ako ng December talaga. I guess sure na talaga kase may time pa for pick up na specified.

2nd time to order because I got my Iphone 5 this way and was delivered at my house. Natatandaan ko noon mga 12noon dumating yung delivery guy ng Globe and delivered our 2 iphones. Wala akong binayaran kasi charge to bill.
 The Iphone 6+ is different because 1 is for pick up at 11AM in Gateway GBC and the other one for delivery which I already paid straight to my card (but still hoping na mapa defer ni Globe). I have my dad authorized to receive the unit at home. Just waiting for the dedicated unit to call and confirm all details.

May specified time pala pick up? Ok na rin pala delivery kasi may work ako, baka di ko mapuntahan. Akala ko anytime on Friday

^yes pag pick up mamili ka ng branch and time. Yung 11am na earliest na available for Gateway. Nagka glitch ata and nung nag fifill up ako ng order for the 2nd phone ayaw lumabas ng branches kaya nag delivery option na lang ako.
 
Sis anong mode of payment mo sa unit mo? Creditcard straight sa akin but Im appealing to have it deferred sana

I reserved na rin online for iphone 6, for delivery na rin. Hopefully next week kase now lang ako nagbayad ng cash out amounting 10,800 for iphone 6 16gb! Yayy!

I've been reading the Globe forums and a lot of people there have the same ocncern about changing the payment option from straight credit card payment to charge to bill. May nagre reply na taga-Globe and basically he's saying na malabo na mapalitan pag processed and with claim stub na.

Meron ba pumili sa inyo na DELIVERY but the payment option is AT THE GLOBE STORE.?. That's what I did today will try my luck if I can have the cash out fee to be deffered into 12 months at the globe store

^diba pag delivery, ang options lang is COD, GCASH or Credit card straight? Pag pickup at GBC, yun yung may pay at globe store

Helped my friend preorder last night, wala pa ring NCR stores. Una nga walang delivery option e. Nakailang refresh kami ng browser. Pero swerte nya, naka charge to bill sya. Wala yun nung ako yung nag-order last Sunday e.  Dapat she will change pa the color pero out of stock na silver 64gb so ni-retain nalang nya yung pre-approved na gold iphone6.

^ang charge to bill is only available if the account is eligible for such. Hindi daw lahat may ganong option.
 
Im thinking if I go to Globe na later to settle everything so I can just come back tomorrow for the unit itself. I have no idea what will happen tomorrow especially napakaliit ng GBC sa Gateway

^napakalabo ng preorder process nila. They're trying though, but still they left their customers hanging. Ginawa nilang online reservation nga, pumapalpak naman and walang makasagot sa mga tanong at puro sila "may dedicated team" na mga hirit but never received any calls from that team or be able to get transferred to that group. Isang linggo na kong lurker sa Globe forum at PHILMUG trying to find answers to my queries and when I try to check this sa hotline nila, they seem to have no idea what Im talking about. 😡

^That's the same thing people are saying in the Globe community page. Wala pa din tumatawag saken to think na tomorrow na yung pick up ng phone. So I guess no choice na talaga but to charge the handset amount in full to my card.

^Im on my way sa Globe maya maya. Balitaan ko kayo. Will pay na for the handset that is for pick up tomorrow and at the same time ipapahabol ko baka pwde pa mapa installment yung unit for delivery

Good decision to settle na my payment today para tomorrow claiming na lang. Was able to request reversal sa straight CC payment. Si Globe dapat mag request. Habang nasa business center ako kausap namin ni Globe si Citibank. Bale ang ginawa nila nagswipe uli sa card ko then for processing na lang ang reversal. Nagbigay ng hint si globe na matutuwa daw ang mga makakakuha ng phones bukas. Ayaw niya sabihin ang freebies hehe. Excited much!
