@kristinebarrios Wait, what? Yung retain old plan i-change pa rin??? Mine is unlisurf 999. Pag nagrenew ako, even if I choose existing plan, hindi na unlisurf? Ano kaya yun...Wag nalang magrenew lol. That's the reason why I'm sticking sa Globe eh, kahit na the reception sucks.

Pwede na ako mag-order ng iP6 kaso di pa ako makapagdecide if go ba, lalo na di naman pala unlisurf kahit retain.

@twelvth_goddess:  sis ganyan din yung nagkaproblem sa 2nd account ko. Dahil ayaw gumana ng pick up option, nag delivery na lang ako tapos charge to card. Then nakita ko ongoing evaluation lang. I was expecting a claim stub like what I have for the pick up kaso wala eh. Payment yung nakalagay dun and duda ko unless ibigay mo na CC credit details mo dun pa lang mag pupush ang application. Dapat ang status na nakalagay is eithet for claiming/pick up or for delivery. Pag ongoing evaluation ibig sabihin hindi pa tapos ang process.

@burberi: naku sis yun ang pagkakaintindi ko sa CSR na nakausap ko sa hotline. Kaya nagdecide ako na baguhin na ang plan ko. Kasi ang bagal talaga ng net ko as in! 
 
Nakakainis galing kami Globe kanina and ultimo sila blinded sa preorder. They keep on referring me to the online registration which I cannot do anymore since the mobile number has been registered and the reference is no longer working. We have escalated the issue sa kanila kasi malay ko ba na pag pinindot yung cancel transaction ay cancel na pala lahat.

^In that case, I think I'll wait in December na lang. Nung nag-recontract ako for iphone 5 2 years ago, December din naman ako kumuha. Hopefully they still have stocks by then.

i checked the online application since i registered for a pre-order, i keep getting stuck sa bosster and combo page pabalik balik ako dun parang may sira nga yung page nila. i guess sa damii ng nag a-apply for iphone6. although wala ako balak kumuha i was just curious how it goes.

i was wondering why may keep old plan kung di naman na pala pwede. di ko talaga alam paano pag wala nang unli data. oo nga naka ip6 ka wala ka naman internet. ano yun call and text lang? bulok naman hehe! e halos lahat ng apps need ng internet.

pero baka mas ok na din yung hindi na unli baka sakali pag konti gumamit mas bumilis ang internet i noticed kasi may mga times na napaka slow ng internet ng globe. gusto ko na nga mag reklamo, buti pa smart ang bilis e.

^ actually sis pinagkakakitaan nila. sa new plans, magbabayad ka ng hiwalay for internet access sa instagram, facebook, twitter, etc. Basta naka-bundles sya.

mabilis ba smart internet? ok ba sila overall service and stuff? mas mura cash out nila sa plan 999 ah (i checked 64gb) ng almost P5k. mag-switch na kaya ako? hahaha!! medyo hesitant ako kasi ever since eh globe ako! eh kung maganda naman, hmmm...

^ yup yung iphone plan nila. Unli data + free # of calls and text may cap daw sa lte so pag na-reach mo na yun, magiging 3g connection nalang. Pero at least unli. Hmmm baka magswitch nalang ako. Hehe!

^^yup mas mabilis ang smart. that time kasi pareho kame ng classmate ko naka samsung note 2. we were both trying to open a webpage or something and sa kanya mas nauna. while sakin loading pa lang kanya done na and pansin ko lately mabagal ang internet ng globe. kahit naka lte na slow pa din.

i guess humihina na ang kita nila sa call and text kasi nga may mga viber, watsapp, skype etc. e kung nakaunli ka which many globe subscribers are, lugi sila kasi fixed na kinikita nila di na nag e-exceed ang bills unlike before. and pansin ko din mas malakas ang signal ng smart. yung classmate ko kasi kahapon naka iphone 4 siya puno ang signal bar niya, which doesn't happen sa iphone 5s or 6 plus ko. lagi na lang may  1 or 2 na kulang sa signal never napupuno.

smart bro prepaid is faster though. naka postpaid kame before and mabagal din. baka pag unli medyo sinasakal talaga nila speed.

dapat kasi kagaya sa ibang country hindi lang 3 ang telecom sa atin. para hindi maging greedy.

I did the online card payment for the iphone 6 na and got my claim stub. Buti na lang I didnt cancel the order. Naka-reserve na pala saken yung unit while waiting for me to complete my order.

^sis straight charge sa credit card ba? Gumana na uli yung nacancel na transaction kaso ayaw gumana ng pick up option sa website. If delivery need na ibigay yung CC details? Nacharge na ba agad sa card mo?

^Mejo magulo pa yung charging details so I would know pa pag nag reflect na sa card. Kase nakalagay sa website, straight payment pero yung cost ng handset, spread out into 24 months. Ok lang din naman kung straight charge sya matapos lang.

For pick up sa store yung phone ko. Ayoko kase ng deliver sa house kase gusto ko nache-check yung unit agad while at the store.

Concern ko na lang ngayon is that my Citibank already sent me an SMS na may transaction ako from Globe. Mukhang na charge in full na yung card ko. Need ko nanaman bumalik sa Globe to ask them if they can make it as installment na lang.

so i went to globe today to ask about renewal of plan. sabi naman nung kausap namin pwede ma-retain yung unli surf kung dati mo pang plan yun. pero for new plans, wala na yun. ang gulo nila!!

i went to smart too. the csr said di pa pala sure if they will retain unli data. may advisory daw sa kanila na ganun for iphone6 plans. i guess i'm sticking to globe... haaaay ang labo nitong mga networks na ito!

Sis pano online payment? San ilalagay card details? For delivery na phone ko. No choice kasi pag ncr walang stores na lumalabas. Puro provinces.

If you chose the pay by card option, the payment button is under the transaction status, beside cancel transaction. Pagka bayad ko yesterday, saka napalitan yung status na 'ongoing evaluation' to 'for claiming/pick up'. Tapos may claim stub na for printing.

been lurking both at the PHILMUG forum and Globe communities. regarding the recontracting fee:

as per globe csr those who have problem with the preterm yung hindi na waived will be fixed by monday and they will received an updated claim stub. Pre term can be waived for those who pre order with contract ends by jan 2015
