Hi mga sis, paano po ba i on ang roaming services ng globe, i'll be out of the country for a week. Unlisurf plan ako, could i use it abroad, could it work without additional service fee? thank you

Sis automatic na naka on ang roaming natin if postpaid. Sa akin kasi di ko naman ina- activate. Automatic sya. And yes whenever you reply to a text sa abroad sis no way na di ka macharge ng international charges.

Hi mga sis, i hope you can help me. I bought samsung galaxy note II 2 days ago and now, nagsisi ako bakit hindi pa ako sa globe or smart kumuha kasi ang bagal pala niya kapag prepaid ka.. Naka mega 250 promo lang ako from smart.. prepaid promo yun.. super bagal talaga..

How much ba ang lowest data plan ng globe or meron ba prepaid data ang globe?

^ hi sis. much better if you get the note 2 with a plan though ang downside is 2 years contract sya.

just like what my boss did. he renewed his globe contract, he got note 2, with plan 1,799 then additional 4,800 cash out for intial payment.

sa loob ng 1,799 meron kang freebies to choose from na nasa iyo kung ano gusto mo. naka unli mobile net nga sya sa lagay na yun. so far, wala sya naging problema. unli call / text tas unli mobile internet na rin. saan ka pa diba.

Hi sis, go for their unli data plan na 999. para ma maximize mo use ng note 2 mo. it's ok na you purchased note 2 kahit wala data plan, kasi if sa local telcos, lock in ka for 2 years. LOL. nagbabayad ka parin kahit gusto mo na palitan. madali lang naman kumuha postpaid na sim only plan.

^sis pang local lang ang unli surf. Pag nag abroad ka at naka open yung data mo
Mag iincur ng charges kasi you will be using the network abroad

Bakit super bagal ng processing ng pag release ng units ng Globe? Yung sa request ko upgrade lang inabot na nang two weeks. Nakakaasar na.

Ang tagal ng bill sa globe, twice na ako nakakareceive na may adjustments - baka bigla akong bulagain ng bill ko - yung sa *143# billing inquiry naman puro 0.00 wala details.

I'm soooo disappointed with globe!!! 14 yrs subscriber here and first time nangyari ito.

they have been undergoing some system upgrading daw so the bills will be delayed and the due dates will be moved. Fine! Last bill ko was feb 9 pa. Then this afternoon i called their hotline to check kung how much na yung balance ko since wala parin yung bill. I was soooo surprised when the csa told me that for feb 10 to march 9, my total billed charges is 4100 pesos. Whaaaaatttt!? 999 lang yung plan ko and at most na bill ko every month is 1500. So i asked her kung anong nagpalaki sa bill ko. Then she said may mobile internet charges na kasi ako na 2800. Sabi ko anooo? Super bihira ko gamitin yung mobile surfing kasi we have wifi at home and most of the time ipad and gamit ko hindi iphone. Bihira ko lang talaga gamitin yung iphone ko for moblie surfing. To think i have 3 hrs free mobile surfing pa ha as part of my freebies. Then tinanong ko kung anong dates yung ginamit ko yung mobile surfing na umabot ng ganun kamahal. Then she said it does not reflect in their system daw not in the bill. I should make a written request paraw para matrace yun. Hay kainis talaga! Nag system upgrade lang sila eh ganito ba nangyari?!

Oh no sis princess lorraine, jan din ako kinakabahan sa upgrading nila and delayed mga bills natin. Ayan na nga, for sure madadagdagan ang mga magcocomplaint sa globe. Tatawag din ako bukas to check my bill.

Globe sucks lately

More than a decade na kaming subscriber pero grabehan na talaga ngayon. Bigla na lang magddrop ng calls o kaya parang nagiging robot yung kausap mo. Bigla din mawawala yung signal mo eh pano kung nasa kalagitnaan ka ng importanteng tawag?? Ang billing statements, laging delayed tapos ikaw pa mismo magfofollow up sa kanila. Ano ba yun

Ang dami ko nang kilala na nagpalit ng service provider. Obviously, hindi maayos ang "upgrade" na ginagawa nila to the point na magpapadala pa sila ng kung ano anong sulat (na galing pa sa kung sinong Ayala) promising a brighter tomorrow.

Hay mga sis. Pinaemail ko yung bill ko. Grabe kaya pala lumobo ng ganun yung internet charges ko kasi from time based, ginawa nilang kb base. Kakainis talaga! Sabi ko it's not my fault ha. The csa said maybe it's because of the system upgrade daw. Sabi ko paki reverse yan ha kasi i did not request for it to be shifted to kb base. Gagawan daw ng report. Hay. I'm so disappointed talaga.

Tumawag na rin ako sa globe. Darating daw bill ko between april 10-12. As expected, di rin malinaw ang bill ko estimated pa lang daw yun at hindi raw nag-aappear sa system ang breakdown of charges - sabi ko huh? paano yung nangyari - may estimated bill pero walang breakdown ng charges... at antayin ko raw ang bill ko.

Mga sis, nareceive ko [textspeak!] from Globe that they apologize nga na wala pa tayong billing for the month of march. sinasabi sa text na within April 10- 15 ata ipapadala yung billing =).
sinsabi nila may billing modernization ek ek sila tee hee!

Mga sis, do you receive text messages offering loans and other things? The line I got from globe is my personal number. Less than 10 people know my line number but everyday, I receive text messages. Weird lang or these people sobrang sipag to send texts to random numbers hehe. Kala ko tuloy minsan something important. Pag check ko, "do you need cash loan?" lol
