what exactly are unbilled charges from globe? i downloaded the gservices app in hopes of monitoring my bill it indicated there na meron akong certain amount of unbilled charges. my plan has 800 consumable load. is that supposed to be deducted from the consumable load or charged on top of it?

^sis, yung unbilled charges are charges as of today or as of a certain date.
If it's an SMS notice, you will note that at the end of the message, may nakalagay na "...will be deducted when your bill is processed"
It means whatever your plan is, that will still be deducted.

globe's customer service gets crappier everytime. nakakainis. i've been with globe for more than 10 years pero ngayon talaga yung pinaka-nakakainis.

sabi my line will be reconnected within 2 hours. it's been 14 hours and yet wala pa din.

Naku sis sumasakit na ulo ko kakareklamo sa globe. Nito langg sinabi na dapat di ako nagipdate ng OS para di naapektuhan signal ko un pala di 4G sim mo. Ayun kaya pala dedo signal. Now im using sun wifi. Sa house para lang makagamit ng phone. Sana dumating na smart ko....

^ i did a check by dialing *143# and notice na iba na yung interface nila. i was quite surprised to see the "create a promo" option that allows you to customize your type of subscription and they they will give you the rate nalang. it's really good ha. customizable na sya. you can set 500 minutes worth of calls and unlimited text to all network for 1 day worth 316. lol. kapag 30 days it's 7333. ang mumura din nung ibang promo nila.

ganito setup ko right now. BB max on galaxy s III. BB plan 999 (599 bb max + 400 consumable) kasi yung sa kin kaso nun nawala BB ko, s III na ginamit ko. nun tinanong ko naman globe rep if applicable yung plan ko. oo daw kasi within lock-in period pa. so pabor pa sa kin, may consumable pa compared sa regular unli data na 999.

Kakarecieve ko lang ng bill ko from globe ngayon. Pero bakit ganun parang overcharged? Plan ko kasi is My Super Surf Unli 1799, aside from using share a load wala naman na kong nakikitang excess pa dapat sa magiging bill ko. Pero bakit ganun parang wala man lang akong 800 consumable na credit. May iba pa bang nakaexperience nito dito? Kung meron anung ginawa nyo? Kakaloka kasi ang customer support ng globe eh. Dati na kami nagsubscribe sa globe which is broadband naman and grabe ang discrepancy nila na nagchacharge sila sa service nila na wala naman. Nawala kasi ang internet namin nun for 3 months na chinacharge nila samen pero nagreklamo na kami sa kanila about it na wala nga kaming net. Tapos ayun nagkandaloko loko na..

Haaay wala naman ako problem sa plan ko ngayon until now.

Whew so far yun palang ang nagiging problem ko sa globe ko. Ako kasi inavail ko talaga yung unli surf nila since sa nabasa ko sa mga feedback dun madalas nagkaka problem yung mga tao.. >.<

^^sa bill naman sis makikita mo yung Summary of Usage Charges, di ba? May column dun where you will see kung ano yung na-credit, and kung ano yung billable charges?

I got my blackberry plan last week after 5 days ko nakuha. 1st plan ko with globe. Kanina nag-try ako nung create your promo ng globe for prepaid. Nakakatuwa, yung 100 texts to all networks P12 lang for 1 day. I had to text someone kasi sa smart and sun tapos yung 50 texts P10 kaya kinuha ko na lang yung P12.

^ LOL. same here sis. nawiwili ako dyan sa create your promo nila. 500mins call to all net + unli text to all net + unli surfing for 30 days was given a charge of 9999 pesos. haha.
