Tuloy ang mga jokes - ano daw ang shampoo ni Anne - Pantene!  LOL!  Meron pa ngang nagcomment na "Sa tingin ko kung si Boy Abunda nag interview mas maganda, may mga magic mirror pa"  HAHAHAHA!  Sumakit tiyan ko dito!

The movie is soooo SUPERB!!!  Bravo to the cast (although Russell Crowe's singing voice is the weakest among all of them. But to be fair, his voice isn't that bad naman) esp. Anne Hathaway & Hugh Jackman!!

Her rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" was really heartbreaking that I didn't notice I was crying na pala. Nakakadala yung emotions niya while she was singing the song! Galing!!

Hugh Jackman is the PERFECT Jean Valjean! I'm loss of words on how to describe his very amazing performance!!! wow!!!

Sacha Baron Cohen was cast in a serious picture, but his comedic timing really pulled off (so as Helena Bonham Carter). They're perfect for the comic relief in a really serious (& depressing) movie.

I'm SO IN LOVE with Les Mis!! The moviegoers even clapped after the movie!

after almost 6 months of waiting, finally napanood ko din.
anne hathaway's rendition of I dreamed a dream was haunting. i was really moved, sobra, wala pa sa kalahati ng movie yung scene na yun pero ang bigat na sa dibdib... For the record, when we were watching kanina sa rob galleria, first time ko maka-experience na sobrang tahimik and everybody was watching intently. Ako nga hawak ko na yung drinks ko pero di ko naman matuloy inumin.lol!
Syempre, we applauded din right after the movie.

The movie is really great. It's worth the wait.

Ang galing ni Hugh Jackman! Anne Hathaway was also great! Oh, and that little boy! Actually, almost everyone magaling. Disappointing lang talaga si Russell Crowe. He's a good actor pero not for a musical. Nakakainis pag kumakanta sya. Parang blah lang.

Overall, it was a good movie. Pero may mga scenes/song renditions lang na medyo sablay. I was disappointed lang sa On My Own ni Eponine. Medyo kulang for me. Siguro I expected more lang since it's one, if not the most, famous songs from Les Mis. Tsaka favorite ko pa naman din.

May mga nagsasabi na perhaps na concious si samantha barks sa  fact na may close up scenes. sa stage naman kasi hindi ganun and most who have seen barks on stage ay okay naman ang feedback She played eponine din sa 25th anniv concert ng les mis ( uulitin ko lang na dream cast talaga yung 10th anniv concert ng les mis )

Ako rin medyo nakulangan kay Eponine during On My Own. I guess I was expecting much.

I really hope that Anne Hathaway wins the Oscar. Deserving talaga siya. Tagos sa puso I Dreamed a Dream niya. Everyone in the movie was good but sila ni Hugh Jackman ang standouts talaga. Naiyak ako ilang beses dahil sa kanila. Eddie Redmayne as Marius was also great.

As in todo iyak ako. Hugh was a superb actor. Tagos sa buto and they delivered their role suuuuper well. I want to have a copy of this in DVD. Must see talaga. Sana merong theater act nito sa Pinas.

Watched this twice and I'm still willing to watch a third time.

I cried and cried throughout the movie but it was the last 10 minutes that really got to me. Hopefully a director's cut DVD will come out, would love to see that and the 15 minutes that didn't make the final version.

Eponine didn't deliver the angst of unrequited love.
No complaints with Russel Crowe.
Superb acting from Anne Hathaway.

i love young Cossette! I got teary-eyed when Eponine died; when Javert pinned his medal on Gavroche's jacket; when every rebels was dying; and last, Valjean dying. Taas balahibo ko sa dulo! with everyone singing. clap clap! for me, kulang yung pagkakadeliver ni Eponine sa unrequited love, and pagkanta ni Russell Crowe. I also thought maluluha ako sa I dreamed a dream ni Fantine, pero hindi, di ko nafeel

btw, can someone elaborate what happened during the first 5 minutes of the movie? I missed that one out because I was buying popcorn and pinagtalunan tuloy namin ni boyfie late kami

Superb movie if you keep in mind that they are stars turned to singers not vice versa. Anne Hathaway was great.

^^sis, ito ba yung opening scene? pinakita si Valjean (Prisoner 24601) along with the other prisoners na naghahatak nung ship, while being watched by Javert.  then before he was given his parole papers, pinabuhat sa kanya yung flagpole. kaya later on, nakilala siya ni Javert kasi di ba he helped a man na nadaganan

watched this las saturday..just like our sisses here, ang galing ni Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman and eponine's on my own, hindi masyadong effect. hindi rin ako naiyak sa i dreamed a dream pero ang tutok ko habang nanonood kasi ang galing nga. in general, nag-enjoy ako simula sa in my life. yung scenes before nun, okay lang. maganda siya, compare sa plays, damang dama mo at kitang kita mga details.
