I use either virgin coconut oil or the sunflower baby oil by HHN. I just apply to dry hair and comb so that the oils are evenly distributed then I wait for 30mins - 1 hour and then shampoo as usual.

Then I also use the L'Oreal Lumi Oil smoothing essence pag wala ako sa house & I feel I need an extra moisture boost.

I tried dati yung Watson's coconut chorva, i didnt really see much difference, my hair felt soft though pero effect is not that lasting

gusto ko po kasi yung pang araw-araw na conditioner.. kase yung opal pink, twice a week lang pala sya dapat.
may masuggest po ba kayo na pwede pang araw-araw na treatment hanggang sa bumalik ang ganda ng hair?

mga sis ano bang magandang gamot sa dandruff? grabe na dandruff ko.. eh..

sa akin sis nagwork ang Human nature strengthening shampoo, nawala dandruff ko. Once a week din naglalagay ako VCO, babad sa hair before taking a bath.

Ppureology for me, medyo pricey lang. i do this once a week. I leave it on for an hour (naka-shower cap) then super lambot na niya for 3 days or so, without using a conditioner. May problem kasi ako sa scalp kaya SebaMed shampoo lang gamit ko everyday.

i tried using vinegar dati, super shiny ng hair kaso amoy suka kahit i-rinse siya, may natitirang faint smell of vinegar. haha. an alternative for Pureology is coconut

1. Extra virgin olive oil -- i used this before ako nagpa rebond.   Binili ko sa grocery lang.  I even use this sa face ko. Just apply it Sa scalp and hair, put shower cap. Leave on for 20 or 30 mins. I have a heating cap din so its better with that.
2.  Human heart nature intensive mask (avocado & gugo)--- ambango!  After rebond, i tried the 50 ml lang.  Cost around 99 pesos.  Konti lang ang hair fall after rinsing.
3.  Lorys snake oil --- 180 pesos sa watsons.  Malambot siya sa hair pero parang mas type ko yung sa HHN.

This is what I'm using too.  It's pretty good.  Try the hydrating macadamia oil, it is even better.

Yung gata ng niyog, lagay sa hair 30 minutes bago maligo then rinse with shampoo na diluted sa water. Shiny, soft hair after. I do this once a week.

Cream silk blue for my daily co-wash.

Kapag need talaga mag-shampoo, I put extra virgin olive oil sa hair ko bago maligo.
