i dilute one part acv to 3 parts water, wet my hair then pour the acv+water.. then shampoo and condition as usual. smelly lang siya while it's wet but when the hair has completely dried. wala na din yung smell. =)

Great discovery ang ACV sa hair at scalp ko. Worth it sa pagtake ng risk. I think this is way better than any commercialized products. Before kasi hesitant ako mag try dahil sa amoy pero nawawala naman pag tuyo na.

I have problems sa scalp ko : dandruff, that's,why falling hair
Sa hair naman : frizzy at dry pag hindi ako nagheheavy hair spa conditioner (before nag verdon ako kaso falling hair ako dun).

Nun nitry ko kahapon yun apple cider as final rinse slash conditioner super shiny ng hair ko at ang lambot lambot parang hair ng bata hehe virgin kumbaga. Medyo wavy hair ko so parang ang ganda ng bagsak. Di makati sa anit.

Shampoo: feminine wash (almost a week ko ng gamit nabawasan,pag ddry ng hair ko dito)
Conditioner : acv (2tbs of acv sa isang tabo ng tubig no banlaw na)
Tonic : aloe derma hair and scalp tonic (after ko maligo nag sspray ako sa anit at hair, i believe maganda daw sa hairloss pero maganda rin sa hair kasi malambot hair ko dahil dito)

i mix baking soda then acv with water for my weekly clarifying hair solution. Ganda ng effect! Pero tinatamad ako ngayon and medyo t.o. ako sa amoy ng acv so ngayon baking soda nalang muna.

Hi, nacurious ako dito sa ACV for scalp. My friend also recommended this kaso hesitant ako..Acidic kasi ang vinegar diba? So hindi ba siya dangerous sa scalp?

Also, how do you usually use it ba?

ACV solution muna then wash with water? or

shampoo, conditioner, ACV, then wash with water?

I tried the no poo method for more than a week. I mixed 1 part baking soda to 10 parts water and put it in a squeeze bottle. eto yung shampoo ko. I squeeze the liquid on to my scalp tapos massage as if shampooing. For conditioner naman, I mixed 1 part acv to 3 parts water then put it in a spray bottle. after shampoo, I spray it on my hair tapos massage ulit and leave it on for a few minutes, while I take a bath. Pag basa pa ang hair, mabaho talaga. Pero wala ng amoy pag natuyo na.

Na-tame ang buhaghag kong buhok for a few days at tsaka ang lambot and shiny. My hair felt so light. Nawala din yung pangangati ng scalp. I don't have dandruff pero minsan nangangati scalp ko.

Pero after a week, smelly na ng ulo ko. Tsaka di pala advisable gamitin ng madalas so nag-dry ulit hair ko kaya I stop. I use the baking soda + acv kasi daily. Pag no poo method, dapat once or twice a week lang, the rest of the week, either unwashed hair or water lang. Pag ganito, heavy and sticky na ang hair ko and smelly ang scalp ko. Nagrereklamo na si hubby kasi ang baho daw ng ulo ko.

For weekly hair clarifying treatment, ok siya. But for daily use, makakasama din sa hair in the long run. Hair needs a certain pH, dapat it's not too acidic nor basic.

oo nga sis nakakadry daw angbaking soda kaya dapat 2-3 times a week lang gamitin.

i swear by olive oil mixed with sunflower oil, castor oil and vitamin e. pampakapal ng hair and iwas hair fall. may dandruff kasi ako and super hair fall so i did my research and ang mga pampakapal daw ng hair are olive oil, aloe vera, egg, vco. olive oil & castor oil pinaka bet ko kasi di ko type maglagay ng egg sa hair parang sayang naman. vco di ko gusto amoy.

i do it twice a week kasi pag more than that parang napaka oily ng hair and nakakatamad din. i let it sit on my hair for 1hr. nakaka repair talaga siya ng damaged ends maganda din strands parang makakapal and shiny, napansin ko rin nawala yung frizz unlike before.

natural is always better than commercial ones na puro synthentic chemicals. pag read mo mga ingredients hindi mo ma pronounce tapos hindi mo alam ano yun. plus natural is cheaper too.

Mga sis may mairerecommend kayo na treatment pero hindi nakakabagsak ng hair? Gusto ko kasi may volume pa rin yung hair ko after kasi manipis yung hair ko pati yung strands manipis din tapos wavy. Ayoko mawala yung pagka wavy kasi baka magmukang napanat yung hair ko

Puro home remedies lang ang nagpaganda ng hair ko.Magmula bata palang ako Coconut oil na talaga gamit ko, bago maligo binababad muna sa buhok for 1hr. Tapos when I was in Highschool I tried Mayonnaise and Banana.. binlender pa namin yun then inapply sa buhok. Ang ganda sa hair.Ngayon naman kapag sinisipag ako  nagpapahid ako ng calamansi sa anit para mawala ang dandruff.

I use hhn daily hair treatment. Ito yun parang 3 minute pantene miracle ng human nature. Mukha naman hiyang ang hair ko.

Gusto ko nga din sana i try yun vco. Pero pag naliligo ako nararamdaman ko na kumapal na ang hair strands ko. Which i think ia good kasi dati ang nipis ng strands ng hair ko (san lang kaya ng scalp ko i hold ang makakapal na strands). I think baka busog na busog na yun hair shafts ko ng treatment, conditioner and oil kaya nag a alangan ako kung dadagdagan ko pa ng vco. I think our hair shafts can take so much vitamins/proteins lang din.
