School for yaya's

hi sisses.. Im planning to send my yaya to school next school yera kung aabot pa sya. I asked her kasi if she want to continue her schooling, di pa nya natapos 1st year in HS nya. Gusto ko rin kasi sya tulungan para pag dumating yung panahon na gusto na nya umalis sa amin, ok naman ang lilipatan nyang work.

baka may alam kayong school na may schedule na pang gabi. for high school lang. we are in sampaloc, manila.. yung malapit lang sana na school... and syempre yung affordable lang. hahahahha TIA!

Since you are in the Sampaloc area, you can check Ramon Magsaysay, UST High School or Dominican School or any of the schools nearby.  Ang alam kong may free (or very minimal tuition fee) adult night high school for household help, drivers and staff are Miriam College and La Salle Green Hills.

any more suggestion sisses? gusto ko tlaga pag-aralin yung yaya namin.. sayang naman 18 yo palang naman sya... and mukhang bata so di naman sya masyado maiilang sa mga bagets sa hs.

There's the Alternative Learning System of DepEd.  Ito iyong night school na tinatawag.
Kaso there's almost no information from DepEd's website kung saan-saan school ito offered.  Gusto ko rin pag-aralin si yaya.  We'll probably inquire sa malalaking public high school around our area to know kung aling school ang nag-ooffer.

Based on what i gathered from stories of neighbors, meron nag-ooffer ng seat in school with schedule of 2x to 3x a week.  Meron naman na bibili ka lang ng review manuals for you to learn at home then may schedule ng exam to test the students kung naintindihan ang materials.

Sana nga ayusin ng DepEd ang website nila to include information about this.  Aanhin pa ang website kung puro pix lang at directory ang laman?!

I also like to send my maid to take a short course or vocational course . She is married na and gusto ko matuto siya kahit na pag gupit man lang ng buhok or mag manicure pedicure , para pag dating ng araw may iba naman siya skills .

Saan ko kaya siya pwede i -enroll ? Taga rito kami sa Araneta Avenue.

Balak ko ding pag aralin c yaya ni baby kasi nabanggit niya sakin na she want to continue her study (17 palang kasi, incoming 3rdyr hs). Eh si baby 4months palang, mahihirapan nanaman akong humanap ng kapalit niya kasi so far ok naman siya sa work. So I decided na paaralin nalang siya dito sa manila.

kaya lang sa Alternative learning school,My SIL, since she's a teacher, told me na the application for June pasukan is closed na, ang next  is September na daw.

ALS is open to Public Schools as well as some barangay offer it. They need to pass entrance examination first saka marami ding requirements like NSO Birth Certificate, Form 137.

Hi mgsa sis, I have the same problem.. actually my yaya is leaving because she needs to study in the province.. gusto ko sana dito nalang.. siguro she can take a night class.. We're in Mandaluyong and I can see a lot of public schools in the area... do you have any info?

Not to be mean or anything, but if you let your yaya study at night, how else can she take care of your baby in the morning.  She will be busy with studies and homework?
